Perfectly situated 2 bedroom apartment, you can walk to anything in 7 minutes in the old town. Quiet inside, modern appliances, beautiful flooring and decor, view of the sea from the terrace. Gelato 30 meters away, pizza and convenience store 50 meters and the best bakery in Croatia (Bread Point) 60 meters away. Responsive and kind host, great service.

We stayed at Villa Frantoio in early August and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is in a fabulous, quiet location on the side of a hill, with views over the valley to the hilltop village of Motovun - you really never get tired of the view! The house itself is built and fitted out to an exceptionally high standard, with three good sized double bedrooms, all of which are en suite. All of the furnishings and appliances are of high quality and the hosts, Ksenija and Elvis, seem to have thought of everything - they were also very quick to respond to any query. The village of Livade, which has three restaurants and a corner shop, is a short drive down the hill. This is an exceptional villa in a glorious location, with no immediate neighbours. The photos on AirBnB reflect the reality - you won’t be disappointed.

We were passing through for 4 nights at Bojana's. We were very nicely received, even the dog Sarah of her parents was happy. The apartment is beautifully furnished, especially the bathroom with the infrared sauna is nice to relax in the evening. The kitchen and bedroom are well equipped, the bed was cozy. In the living room, there is a large fireplace, but only a small couch, so it is not really possible to chill on the sofa for two. Outside there is a small bench and an armchair with a table, a few sun loungers would be even cooler. We had cozy evenings with Sarah (dog) with a picnic blanket. Overall, we were very satisfied and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

An oasis in Istria - Villa Sanssouci

We stayed at the property for 4 weeks - during our parental leave and felt very comfortable. We were temporarily 5 adults with child and 2 dogs and were all sustainably impressed by location, coziness, amenities, amenities on site and were able to spend a nice, relaxing time. The location was a great starting point for everything worth seeing in Istria, Porec, Pula, Motovum, etc. Great! A big thank you to Berit and Erich for their hospitality ;)
