From the Apartments and the pool-area there is a wonderful view over the village of Tavronitis, the Ocean and the Mountains of Crete. There are shops and restaurants at a distance of 500 meters from the Apartments. Here you will also find the bus to Kolymbari, Chania, Maleme and Platanias. One kilometer further down you will find Our local Beach, Tavronitis Beach. Here are sunbeds and two tavernas.

Η γειτονιά είναι πολύ φιλόξενη και ήσυχη,100 μέτρα από το γραφικό λιμανάκι του Κολυμπαρίου και 20 μέτρα μακρυά από την παραλία. Πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι θα βρείτε σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακείο, γυμναστήριο, φούρνο, καφέ, παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες, μαγαζί με φρέσκα φρούτα και λαχανικά καθώς και μαγαζί με φρέσκα ψάρια. Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
