Jodi’s cabin is so beautiful! It is more beautiful than the pictures. She had a fire going for us and when we walked in it was so warm and cozy, it felt like we were on a movie set! The bed was sooooo comfortable and it was the best we slept on our week long drive to Alaska. Thank you Jodi for sharing your piece of paradise!

A beautiful, cozy little cabin to get away for a long weekend. It far exceeded my expectations. This cabin is very clean and comfortable, worth every penny. Not to mention well equipped. It is on a gorgeous lake. The stars at night are amazing, and there is lots of wildlife wandering the property. It does not have cell service or power which is what makes it so special. It is just far enough away from town that it feels semi remote but not so far that you can’t run to town if you really needed something. Ruby and Naomi are awesome, they had the place spotless when we arrived. Very nice to deal with and informative on the area. Lovely people. Things to bring would mainly be general “camping supplies” If you stay here please treat it like your own and try to contribute to it not take. It is a beautiful place. 11/10 I would and will stay here again

The location provided easy access to the beach, and we especially appreciated the charm of the wood stove and the outdoor shower — which was spotless and had plenty of hot water. The peaceful setting allowed us to fully unplug and enjoy some much-needed downtime. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and reconnect with nature.

We had a few very relaxing days in the cozy cabin. The location next to Masset at Northbeach is perfect for getting away from daily life. Communication was smooth and everything was as expected. The cabin had a good size for the two of us and the kitchen was very well equipped. Tow hill on the one and Masset on the other side are both less than half an hour from the accommodation. We would definitely recommend it, make sure to not miss the sunsets :) Thank you for having us!

In a word, perfect! Such a beautiful spot in such a magical place. Everything one could need, cosey and warm, lovely decorative bits and bobs. Highly recommend and would certainly go again and will recommend to anyone heading to Hadia Gwaii.

Absolutely beautiful cabin. We booked last minute as we didn’t want to stay in a hotel with the truck of the box full along with our boat and they were so accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area

Worth stopping over in Dease Lake for a night to visit these lovely cabins. So peaceful and quiet, I had the best sleep in the cozy bed. Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the hammock and roast some marshmallows. The forest trail to the viewpoint was nice after a long drive. Look out for wild strawberries!

Peter and Susanne have a lovely cabin in a beautiful spot. We really enjoyed our time there and will certainly look to return!

We were blown away by the beauty and tranquility of Nathan’s River Mist. I would implore anyone staying in or around Hazelton to stay at River Mist instead.

This sweetie lil cabin was perfect & the wood stove was a reminiscent dream coming from a lot of off grid living as a child. I will absolutely rebook one of these cabins during my next trip… Rustic but all of your needs are met & the on demand shower was so so appreciated.

amazing little spot! in the forest but close to amenities. really unique property to explore. everyone working on the property (site of annual music festival) was friendly and welcoming. sarah was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my stay. great cabin, very clean, super comfortable bed, everything you need for a cozy stay. thanks for the northern hospitality!

The cabin is very comfortable and peaceful. The river is right out front and the beach is a short walk away. The host was responsive with requests and we felt right at home. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! Oh and she said yes! I'm a lucky man!
