Holiday rentals with beach access in Kitsilano Beach

Draeden’s place was great for our 2 day trip to Vancouver. We were able to walk down to the beach and ferry. Close enough to coffee and food. The air conditioning unit was well appreciated. There was some noisy construction but we were up early anyways! Draeden was very responsive and provided great recommendations. The bikes were a great bonus!

Great location for walks along the coast, public pool was still open as well a few minutes walk away. Lots of shops and services + buses ten minutes walk. Glen was easy to communicate with. Overall we enjoyed a wonderful stay in Vancouver, on our first visit.

Perfect location in the heart of the city. Lots to see and do within walking distance. Great hosts - quick to respond, flexible check in and they gave us suggestions on things to see and do. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

My stay at Krystal’s apartment in Vancouver was fantastic! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Exactly as shown in the photos, if not better. Krystal was a wonderful host: warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and public transit, which made exploring the city super easy. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Vancouver. My young family and I stayed at Patrick's suite for 3 nights. It was a fantastic location, very close to playgrounds, the beach, excellent running trails and Kitsilano. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (thank you for the welcome basket!) and it was very clean. Patrick was a lovely host and it was great to meet him in person. My children loved playing in the backyard and jumping on the trampoline. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to Vancouver!

The home was just as described. When travelling our most important feature is cleanliness and this did not disappoint. It was also in a great area, walkable to the main areas of Kitsilano. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet at night. Communication with the hosts was also great, any questions were answered almost immediately and all the instructions received were very clear. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was our first trip to Vancouver (and in fact our first to Canada) and this apartment was perfect for us. It was incredibly clean, the bed was comfortable, Diana was a superb and responsive host - but it's the location of the apartment which makes this really stand out. It is surrounded by restaurants and bars - and is walking distance of all the main attractions in town. We went on walking tours, visited museums, took a boat to go whale watching (saw humpbacks and orcas!), visited comedy clubs - and ate out every night - all within walking distance of the apartment. It was really superb and if we were staying in town again, we would stay here again. The car park was easy to use, with decent sized spaces - so if you do have a rental car, this is again perfect (we went out to Whistler, and also drove out of town to walk a trail another day). Thinking of booking something in Vancouver? Book this! Oh and did I mention the bed was comfy too!? Thank you Diana, hope to visit again.

This house has everything you need in a great location. And dog-friendly! Short walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants, etc. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

Xian’s place was perfect for our family of 3! We were visiting for my triathlon and it checked all the boxes. Xia was super accommodating and lets us park a bit past checkout while I finished up at the race. 10/10 would recommend!

We went to visit family. Discovering Vancouver's Kitsilano neighborhood was one of the highlights of our trip. Amir is easy to reach and responsive. Amir's place is nice and comfortable.

Such a special location -- a great starting point for exploring all of Vancouver. The SeaBus terminal is only a short walk away, which puts you downtown Vancouver, and being in North vancouver was great for outside of the city explorations. The place is cozy and thoughtful and Claire was very responsive with answers to our questions and suggestions. It took us a little while to get used to the floating component, so if you are easily seasick this might not be the place for you.

This was conveniently located very close to UBC. Great neighborhood with picturesque homes. Dining, cafes boutiques close by. Bedroom has lots of windows making the space feel more spacious. Jian was extremely responsive and available.

The pictures really don’t do justice to how perfect the view is here- it is amazing!! We saw humpback whales jumping not even 200 yards from the deck, truly amazing! Vahid is also a very great and communicative host. He made sure to let us know when wildlife was in the vicinity. Highly recommend a stay here!

Julie’s place was nothing short of fantastic. Beds were comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. It was in a very quiet, peaceful area. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at Minji’s apartment! The apartment is situated in a very desirable area in Vancouver - walkable to downtown and many great restaurants. The place itself was exactly as described in the listing, and also extremely clean. Very plush & comfortable bed that allowed me to have one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time! I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone else looking to stay in the area!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Adam & Hana's place! They are indeed very friendly and helpful. A walker and cyclist's paradise, the location is so central to everything yet peaceful and quiet like in a park. Don't hesitate to book it if it's available. High recommend!

Nelson’s place was fantastic! He goes above and beyond to make sure your check in is an easy one. I didn’t realize the location where you picked up the key was a distance away, but if you packed light you’ll be fine (9 minute walk). Thankfully the taxi waited for us and took us straight to his place. The views of the city are amazing and the location cannot be beat. I really hope I find myself back in Vancouver again so I can book his condo.

We loved our stay at Kristine‘s Airbnb! The apartment was great, perfect size. The location was great, nice and centrally located. Kristine was very responsive to our communication and was able to let us leave our luggage there before check-in time since we arrived early! we were really grateful for that. The apartment was clean! the view was great! including a water view and the place was well stocked with everything we needed. Check-in instructions and exit instructions were clear and easy and we would definitely come back and stay here!!! Thanks so much Kristine 😁 we have the best time‼️

Great location, walking distance to local hot spots and public transport. The unit is fully equipped- prof air bnb setup. Perfect for 4 people.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Mark’s place. Mark was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and we truly appreciate it. The place itself was clean and private. It had everything to offer. It was truly a home away from home. I highly recommend Mark’s place to anyone visiting Vancouver. A great place to stay in Vancouver - fantastic location, easily walkable/sea ferry/bus to lots of great locations in Vancouver. Well kept apartment, and the pool was an added bonus. It took us a minute to find the parking garage, but other than that check in and check out was very easy, and Kash was flexible with the times too. Overall an excellent stay.

This place is so clean and comfortable. The host is super helpful providing tipis and instructions. Nice area to walk around for food and shopping. Easy to get around taking trains too. We love it!!
