You will feel comfortable in our quiet centrally located accommodation with a garden terrace for you to relax. Located near the forest you can start directly to a hike. In 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the swimming pool with natural lake and the tennis courts. Within a radius of 15 km there are 5 golf courses and for cycling and mountain biking it is ideal even with kids. The center with restaurants is close and offers a vacation feeling all around. To Kitzbühel it is only 5 km.

Die Lage ist im Zentrum von Kitzbühel, man braucht kein Auto um Restaurants, Nachtlokale oder die Skilifte zu Fuß zu erreichen. WLAN frei, Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere.

The St. Johann ski resort, Kitzbühel is within easy reach. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also available. Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4 people there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room

A great place to stay. some reviews mentioned the train noise but that did not bother me, it was about louder with a freight train but otherwise wasn't a problem. The apartment was walkable to the grocery store (8 mins) and the bus stop to skiing (7 mins). The view was immaculate and there were some nice touches in the apartment for cooking/relaxing. My only issue was the communication was a bit slow, having to ask for check in instructions, but once I was there everything was wonderful and 10/10 would stay again when in Kitsbuhel.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

We were absolutely blown away by this stay! The apartment was perfect. The location honestly could not be any better. Its a 1 minute walk to the gondolas. There's stores all around. It was incredible and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back 👌

Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a family with a young child. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, ample storage, has all the utilities, quiet neighbourhood and yet very central. Location is excellent! Walkable to shops, restaurants and lifts. Great location. Just 5 minute walks to the slopes. Bus also stops right outside and grocery store next door. Apartment is great. We have 4 people and it was very nice. Full kitchen if you want to cook. Would stay again.
