Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Kitzbühel District

It was a really great place to stay and the hosts were very kind and helpful. A great location for hikes of various severity. We were able to switch off here for a few days with the beautiful view and you didn't have to move the car at all, as there is a small supermarket nearby. There is also a bus stop right outside the door and so you can also get to the nearby lifts to get to the mountain. The house and amenities were also very great and we thank Anton and Eva 🤗

we love the house as it is very well equipped as well as decorated with so beautiful items. Simone also prepared the local tickets for us (free parking and free swimming etc at local even though we didn't have time to enjoy them). We did biking that are prepared for us either. I am definitely going to recommend my friends at Phoenix, AZ to use this place in the future.

We were very satisfied, small omissions such as a set of missing bed linen and towels were immediately clarified. It can happen. Very friendly contact. Beautiful spacious apartment, town center (bakery, restaurants, shops, etc.) within walking distance.

Wow, what an amazing stay. Johanna was an absolute pleasure and so kind to us for everything we needed! The whole staff was amazing. The room was great for us - spacious, clean and cozy. And the spa was amazing. It was so nice to have sauna and cold plunge after a ski day and truly felt like a spa environment. It’s about a 800m walk to the gondola and then you can take ski run 2a from schattberg gondola right to the base of the resort. Awesome! The restaurant in the resort was also delicious we ate there 2 nights. I really hope to be back!

If you love peace, nature and nostalgia, this is a top location. The house is remote, accessible via an agricultural road. The house is an authentic old farmhouse, but inside it is spacious, neat and equipped with every comfort. Julian and Silvia are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful week there.

I spent 3 days at this hotel and loved it. Already at check-in, I was warmly welcomed – the staff was consistently friendly, professional and always helpful. My room was cozy, clean and very comfortably furnished, with everything you need to feel right at home. I want to highlight the breakfast: rich, fresh and with a great selection , for both sweet and savoury connoisseurs

We loved the location and service. The rooms were made daily. Despite New Year's Eve, it was quiet and pleasant in the apartment, which was beneficial with a toddler and child. Restaurants, shopping and the city were reachable in a few minutes' walk. The only drawback: the kitchenette has no oven and / or microwave. We will be happy to come back :-)

Was very nice, were for a wedding in Kössen. We can well imagine that you can switch off well here. It is very simple, you should be aware of that. Johannes is a totally nice and flexible host! And the neighborhood is incredibly clean!

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

Beautiful area and the opportunity to live in a pretty old farmhouse. When do you get to enjoy staying in a house that is almost 100 years old? Relaxation and slowing down go very well here. The landlord's descriptions are all accurate, check in and out very easy. Highly recommended.

We were visiting as a group of nine and had a very nice time at Johannes's farm. The yard and rooms are very cozily furnished, communication with Johannes was very straightforward. The cowshed is located directly at the yard, so you should not be too bothered by the smell in some rooms. But that's the charm of the property. There is everything you need for a cozy and simple stay.

If you are looking for a holiday beyond the hotel hustle and bustle, this is the case. Johannes offers great accommodation in his quaint farmhouse. The charming atmosphere invites you to relax and you can relax. The house is quiet and idyllically located. Also highly recommended for vacationers with a dog, ours loved it. Johannes is a likeable, open-minded host and has good tips for things to do in the region. We enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back.
