The apartment "Hirscherl" in the Koasaburg awaits you at 1200 m at the middle station of the Harschbichl cable car. Right outside the property, hiking trails, mountain bike trails, a high ropes course with flying fox over the mountain lake, a mountain card trail and the slopes of the St. Johann in Tyrol ski resort begin. House Hetzenauer, apartment no. 1

Our house is situated in a sunny, quiet and central location. Short distances make the car unnecessary in order to make optimal use of the generous leisure activities in Brixen im Thale in summer and winter. Many facilities, such as a supermarket, tobacco shop and bakery, are within easy walking distance. Minimum stay 6 nights. No discounts for children! Arrival and departure in winter only on Saturdays. Arrival in summer only on Friday or Saturday.

Quiet apartment with lake view in Thiersee

Quiet apartment with conservatory on beautiful Lake Thiersee. Distance to lake 2 min. A walk around the lake takes about half an hour (2 km). There is a large playground 500 meters away. Supermarket and pizzeria 1 km away. Many small hikes to difficult day trips are possible from the house. Best starting point for a mountain bike tour on the Pendling (local mountain). Mountaineers will be just as happy here as families with small children.

The 1-room apartment Silberdistel with mountain view offers on 18 m² a living/bedroom with integrated dining area and fully equipped kitchenette. It is equipped with a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed with footboard as well as a bathroom with shower, WC & hairdryer. The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.

The Superior Suite is approximately 55 square meters (592 square feet) and can accommodate up to 5 people. It offers two separate bedrooms with king size double bed, two separate bathrooms, a large comfortable sofa bed, a beautiful living room and a full-fledged kitchen. The playground is closed in winter, but sledges, toboggans, and snow discs are always available.
