Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Charmante Kombination aus ruhige Lage und nahen Zielen wie Kloster, Wein und Stadt. Leider ist die Wohnung NICHT für Kleinkinder geeignet.

Unsere gemütliche Wohnung im Stadtteil Etwashausen bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge am Main und im fränkischen Umland. In nur 150 Metern erreicht man zu Fuß das malerische Mainufer. Von dort aus kann man auf den Main-Radweg gelangen oder einen Spaziergang am Kitzinger Stadtbalkon und durch die Altstadt unternehmen. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss mit Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essecke, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Balkon bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen.

Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.
