Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, induction stove and oven. 200 meters to the sea with rocks and a sandy beach. Several furnished patios, lawn and barbecue. Walking distance to grocery store, bus stop and ferry to Åstol and Dyrön Tjörn offers everything from beautiful nature, swimming, fishing, paddling, hiking to art and restaurants.

Close to restaurants, local shop, bakery, crab fishing, soccer field, beaches, golf, tennis, kayaking, sauna etc. Here is everything you need to relax while full of activities. Fully equipped kitchen. No wifi but coverage for 4G is good. Bed for 4-5 adults. 3 beds are 90 cm wide and 2 beds are 120 cm wide. NOTE: Tenant brings own sheets, towels and cleans himself.

Welcome to a stylish seaside escape with ocean views, a wood‑fired hot tub and sauna – designed for peace and relaxation. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the beach, jetty, kayaks and floating sauna in a secluded natural setting. The Black House features two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The house is priced for two guests. When booking for 5–6 guests, a separate guest house is also included, providing extra comfort and privacy.

Our newly built guest house is just 20 metres from Kårevik harbour and a bathing area. The view of Åstol, Marstrand with Carlsten Fortress, Dyrön and the horizon is outstanding and breathtaking. Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.

Ett sommarställe på den idylliska ön Klädesholmen. Perfekt hus för den lilla familjen. På ön finns två restauranger - Kylen och Salt & Sill. Boyta på 30m2 med endast en bäddsoffa, 140 cm bred (en enkel luftmadrass finns). Kaklat badrum. Kök med kyl/frys, skafferi, spis, mikro, grill, vattenkokare, kaffebryggare. Två små uteplatser finns i anslutning till huset. Hyran inkluderar vatten och el. En jättefin bastu finns att boka på ön för den som vill.

I rent out upstairs in my house in Bleket out on Tjörn. The apartment has its own entrance, two bedrooms, toilet with shower, kitchenette and balcony. Access to washing machine and dryer is available. The house is located about 200-300 meters from Bleket beach, kayak rental and a sourdough bakery. Walking distance to the island Klädesholmen where you will find restaurants and the nearest grocery store.
