What a beautiful place! The house is very modern, spacious and comfortable. The best part might be the incredible views from the dining room, kitchen and bedroom overlooking Klaksvik and the water and mountains towards Kunoy and Kalsoy...perfect for watching sunset. The house is on a hill above the town, close enough to walk to food and shopping, but removed from the main center of activity. Very highly recommended...we would love to come back again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Durita's boat house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. A highlight was the large, open concept living room/kitchen/dining room with a large wall of windows looking out to the fjord. Perfect place to hang out no matter the weather. Loved being able to do a load of laundry and being able to walk to Bonus (grocery store). This is a great choice for staying in Klaksvik. Thanks, Durita!

We had a comfortable stay and the views were awesome. All required amenities were available. Highly recommend for sightseeing in the Northern Islands.

Lydia’s place was really great and I enjoyed my 10 days in Klaksvik staying here. I really appreciated the modern washer and dryer. The water pressure in the shower was great also. The view out the window is amazing and never gets boring to look at as the light changes throughout the day on the hills. The beds are comfortable but it would be nice if maybe one of the rooms was a double bed instead of joined twin singles as they can move apart in the night. But overall this is a great place to stay and Lydia was very accommodating when I needed early checkin! I would recommend this place to any one staying in Klaksvik

Marion's place was just outstanding. Unbelievable views, roomy, comfortable, clean place with all of the ammenities that we needed. With such an amazing place, the best part was the host. Marion was so very helpful - we were trying to plan our ferry and hike to Kallur Lighthouse, and she really helped us with understanding the logistics. Not to mention, the ferry is less than a 5 minute drive from the house. Otherwise, we had several questions and she was extremely responsive and helpful to all of them. We would 100% stay at Marion's place again!

The accommodation was good, clean and you feel comfortable, the only thing I can complain about, there was no way to watch Netflix, TV does not support it, too old, please change something, otherwise highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is perfectly located for exploring the northern islands, and being in Klaksvík means you’re close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. The place was spotless, exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was not only sparkling but also incredibly well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and spacious. Wi-Fi reception was strong in every corner of the apartment, and the living room was the perfect spot to relax after a day of hiking. The laundry room was also well equipped for all our needs. We’d stay at Ása and John’s place again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone planning to explore the northern islands!

Great location. You can easily walk downtown and to the boat to Kalsoy. The place was clean and roomy. Definitely would stay again.

Very clean apartment with all the amenities required. Kitchen is fully equipped for us to prepare food. The supermarket is very nearby. There is sauna & jacuzzi as well. The apartment is near the water & view across from the apartment is beautiful with the houses near the water. Very good WiFi connection & a very big TV. Bathroom mirrors are also big with lateral lights. Enjoyed our stay there.

Central location to different islands and sites. Bonus supermarket was nearby - even walking distance. Gas station is also a short distance away. Great place for a short stay.

I loved Atli’s place. It is so lovely and comfortable. It has everything you need and a breathtaking view. Atli is also a welcoming and helpful host. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation for anybody visiting the Faroe Islands.

My wife and I spent 6 days in this beautiful apartment. Very clean and functional. Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, lots of appliances, a large Smart TV, but above all great views. The location is great for visiting the Faroe Islands, in a short time you can reach the capital and all the islands. There are not many restaurants nearby, for those you have to move to the capital which is still only 30 minutes away. 10 minutes away there is a well-stocked supermarket. We recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy the peace of the Faroe Islands with a strategic location but also super quiet.

Vera‘s beachhouse was a perfect location for exploring the northern islands. We could find everthing we wanted. We can fully recommend!

We only stayed here one night, but the place was lovely with a view of the water, which was great! It was spacious and the bed was comfortable! It was easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and would definitely stay again if we find ourselves traveling here again!

What a pleasant stay we had in Leirvík. Thorhild and Runi were welcoming and great hosts. It was a great place to explore Eysturoy and the surrounding islands and places to see. Highly recommend.
