Fountain Ranch - Historic 1940 Restored Cottage

The Cottage was reinvented from a cabin that stood from the 40’s to compliment and extend the Ranch House. It includes king size bed that opens out onto the deck, 1 queen size bedroom that views the beautiful gardens of my grandmother, 1 bathroom with roll in shower that bathes you in the morning light, furnished kitchen overlooking the river, Dining room table. Outdoor seating on deck and shared pool and Jacuzzi with the Ranch House. The pool in not heated. Handicap accessible. Enjoy the peace!

Fully remodeled cottage with breath taking views of the ocean. Enjoy beautiful sunrises' and sunsets right from the deck. Enjoy a relaxing bonfire on almost 2 acres of fully fenced property. Park onsite for the little ones to enjoy. You are a few minutes walk to the mouth of the Smith River. There is a heated indoor pool, recently remodeled with a barn like feel.
