Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Klamath County

If you are looking for a large comfortable interior space near downtown Klamath Falls, this property will not disappoint. There is also a huge deck with lots of Adirondack chairs and a grill and hot tub (which I did not use). The king beds are flawless and comfortable and the master bedroom is amazing - like its own apartment with lots of light, air, and views from the large windows on one wall. The owners obviously put effort into making the space inviting. Everything I needed was there and the kitchen was a pleasure for cooking and preparing meals. The entire inside of the house appears to be recently renovated, so everything was newish and clean. I did not have a big enough group to use all the bedrooms and spaces, but I think a big group would really appreciate this place!

We stayed at the house while celebrating our son’s college graduation. It was able to accommodate all of the family and friends that were attending. The house was clean and well kept and quiet and the yard is beautiful. We particularly enjoyed the outside cooking and dining options. The house and hosts really helped us enjoy our time in Klamath Falls.

Perfect pet friendly spot close to downtown! We enjoyed its proximity to many outdoor adventures! The house was clean and I loved the provided pet covers for the couches/bed. We always bring our own but it was a nice touch! Will definitely stay again if we come back to Klamath Falls.

Peaceful, quaint, nice views of the lake - just perfect. This place is more like a row of mini houses - unlike other places we stayed on this trip that were a guest house of someone's home or the lower level. The unit was perfect ! We thought we were getting a queen bed and we had a king. It was super comfortable! The pillows were perfect as well. We had a great patio, a view of the lake, nice privacy and a lovely all-around setting. Theresa was very friendly, saw us as we drove in and directed us to our home for the night. I saw there were row seat-boats (?)/peddle boats that you could take out onto the water. I can imagine how nice it will be during summer for those types of activities. I enjoyed a nice walk along the lake, then crossed the road to the paved walking trail. It was about a 1 hour drive to Crater Lake. Would definitely stay again.

If you want someplace where it feels like you’re staying with a friend this would be it when we arrived. There were warm cookies and a lit candle. They also had dog bones and instructions for our dock. The kitchen was incredibly well supplied, but throughout the house there were so many nice touches fresh flowers, everywhere, and living plants that added a lot to the atmosphere just nice subtle touches. If we had to find anything wrong with the place, it would be really really hard but since you insist the refrigerator should be swinging on the left and not the right. And that’s how petty we would have to be to find anything wrong with this place. We would come again in a heartbeat and really appreciate the effort they put in to making our stay exceptionally nice. There numerous bird houses outside in the yard that attract all sorts of wildlife to the area. The front lawn is suitable for children to play on or your dogs to throw a ball with. We loved our stay.

The home is near restaurants, stores and main street. It had everything to make the stay enjoyable from snacks, drinks to the outside area. I highly recommend it and hope to return on my next trip to Oregon.

This house was amazing, perfect for my family. It was clean, communication was easy, and there were a ton of fun games we played. The running y area had a good gym and mini golf which was beautiful.

Great house! Everything was super clean and even better than the pictures. We enjoyed the water view and the house is a nice distance for an early head out to Crater Lake. The host was super responsive and answered all local questions! Had a great dinner at Burger Shack right around the corner. Would recommend!

Kim’s place was the perfect stay for us for our visit to Crater Lake! It was an idyllic stay in the woods and Kim added so many special and personal touches that made our stay so lovely. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting!

We loved staying here during our roadtrip: we could cook a meal, wash our laundry and it was close to Crater lake NP. We appreciated William's helpful tips where to go for a hike. Recommended!

Quiet & peaceful. Spacious & clean. We enjoyed our 2 day stay. Friendly hosts & a sweet old dog, Mucho. The Wood River trail is just down the road. It's a great place to stroll in the early morning. Love the metal art & homemade cookies!

This was a perfect place for my month stay in Klamath Falls.
