Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage, aber inmitten der Natur, in einem ehemaligen Bauernhaus, dem Glunhof: im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren etwa in die nahegelegenen Dolomiten, im Winter ein perfekter Standort für Wintersportler; das bekannte Grödnertal beispielsweise liegt in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Künstlerstädchen Klausen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten über den Radweg erreichbar.

Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses. Die 60 m² große Wohnung liegt fußläufig 2 min vom Stadtzentrum des Künstlerstädtchens Klausen entfernt sowie direkt am Radweg. Mit den sehr nahe gelegenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln können Sie schnell beliebte Städte wie Bozen oder Brixen erreichen, einen Ausflug auf eine der nahegelegenen Almen wie die Villanderer oder Seiser Alm sowie auch nach Gröden oder Villnöss machen. Parkplatz für Auto und Motorrad auf dem Gründstück.

The rustic holiday apartment consists of a cosy kitchen with dining table and corner seat, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi as well as a TV and if requested in advance, a cot and also a high chair for children are also available (for free).

Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
