it's an amazing place, big house and many community spaces, comfortable bed, cool garden, big pool, nice and quiet area. we were so much fun here:) maybe there could be more bathroom than 2, but this was ok.

We spent 5 nights in Vlado's apartment which is simple but practical in a peaceful village. The table under the arbor in the garden is very nice. Vlado and his wife are extremely kind, attentive and responsive. We would recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful time. The location is beautiful, quiet and close to small towns like Tolmin. You find beautiful Waterfalls and swimming spots. Hinko gave us advice and we found great spots. You don’t have a living room inside but the outside kitchen provides everything you need. Our children likes the cats very much and picking strawberries in the garden. We definetely recommend this place.

It was an adventure for us. The house itself is really very nice. After small difficulties at first, we felt very comfortable in the house. The heater has been experimenting for a long time. Matthew was always very quick to respond to our questions and responded well. The house is located in the village at the very top and can only be reached via a narrow, overgrown, partly steep small path. Those who are not very fit, are older or have a handicap are very struggling here. As a Slovenian newcomer, you have to get used to the streets to the house and to the village😉. For everyone else, the house is a "real secret tip" Inside, it's really a pearl with a few very small weaknesses that you forgot after 3 days at the latest. It is very clairaudient what you do everyone else hear everywhere in the house, but that's also kind of charming. We had had a very nice week here despite all the difficulties.

We had a great time at Neil's house. We were 2 families with 2 boys aged 15 and 4 smaller children (aged 3-11). Everyone was very satisfied and felt comfortable. In addition to the pool table for the big boys, the playroom with a grocery store, etc. was attractive for the little ones. In addition, there was an outdoor sports field and children's playground. There was plenty of space for everyone and cooking and eating together at the large table was a central part of our vacation. The children had great fun with the ice cubes, which they could get automatically right from the large refrigerator. For activities in the surrounding area and also for shopping, the car was a necessary companion. We were particularly pleased with the swimming opportunities in the rivers and water activities near Tolmin and Most na Soči. Thanks for the good place.

Nice place. Consider 1 hour deficit of your time each time when you leave the place by car; half hour to get down to the main road to Tolmin, and another half hour to go back up on the serpentine road going through the forest. If your main thing is to withdraw, to bury yourself into a quiet and peaceful place, then this is a perfect place for you. The nearest shop or restaurant is half hour from here by car. However, if you intend to visit the well-known places in the Julian Alps, you would definitely be better off finding accommodation in another area, because from here, it takes 1-2 hours to get to anywhere in the Julian Alps, except the fascinating Tolmin gorge, which is worth a 1,5 hour long visit.

One of our best Airbnb stays! The host is super friendly and kind. On the day of check-in we arrived late at night without having had dinner and there was nothing open, so he brought us homemade food he made himself and not only that but also wine! It was a great touch that we'll remember. On the other hand, the house is very spacious, clean and fully equipped to feel right at home. The location is fine if you have a car, which was our case so we had no problem. The nearest supermarket is 15 minutes away by car and has everything. We highly recommend this stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this little house in Triglav National Park. It was very clean, the kitchen is excellently equipped - ideal if you want to cook yourself - and the premises are very cozy. The pellet stove provides a pleasant, cozy warmth, especially after a day outside in nature. I recommend packing slippers, as the tiled floors are quite cold. The location is fantastic - surrounded by greenery, with great hiking opportunities right on the doorstep or from Tolminske Ravne, which can be reached via a narrow road directly from the property. A big thank you to the team at Soca Holidays, who were always friendly, quick and helpful before and during our stay. A special thank you goes to Nives for her warm support!
