Upstairs, there is a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed with access to the terrace. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

Pro ty kdo se chtějí hlasitě bavit s alkoholem ve večerních hodinách, není toto ubytování vhodné. Nutné dodržovat noční klid od 22h a respektovat tak ostatní obyvatele. Parkování u domu.
