Surroundings without industrial pollution and mountain air from the high forests of the hinterland, decorated bike and hiking trails, lookout points and walks, all this gives an ecological advantage to stay in our place.

Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

House in Povile is approx 100 m from natural beach to which leads nice pathway surrounded local vegetation . From apartment You can enjoy a nice Sea View while having a meal or just hanging out on the terrace. Location is nice and quiet, excellent for relaxation. Parking is free and always available.
