The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

It is located in the heart of Kleve and within walking distance of all the shops of daily life, train station, cafe and restaurants, downtown, Tiergartenwald with historic park,museum Kurhaus,Tiergarten, cinema,sports center and the Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences and yet very quiet and in a preferred residential area.

Idyllically located holiday apartment in the countryside. Great starting point for various bike tours around the Lower Rhine. Beautiful old manor from 1870 has been lovingly restored and modernized where necessary. The apartment is on the ground floor. In summer you can enjoy the peace and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the Core Water Wonderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of a village with 762 inhabitants. The landscape invites you to beautiful hikes and cycling tours. If you want a little more action, e.g. for the little ones, you are very well taken care of in the nearby Kernwasserwunderland. The cities of Kleve and Emmerich with a very nice Rhine promenade are very easy to reach on foot in 1 hour or by bike in 0.5 hours.

In our lovingly prepared apartment in our extensively renovated farmhouse there is enough space for you! Whether you just want to get out into the countryside. A cozy cycling weekend with an excursion to the neighboring country or a vacation with the whole family. Barbecuing in the orchard. Everything is possible. Nothing is mandatory! The apartment is on the first floor on a street with a bike path. From here, you are about 3.5 km from downtown Goch.

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.
