Nice house with lots of space on the ground floor. The extra bedroom on the ground floor is very convenient for children or the elderly due to the toilet on the ground floor. For 7 adults, spacious sleeping places, but parts of the bathroom on the 1st floor and toilet on the ground floor. Spacious kitchen with lots of crockery and glasses. Good starting point for this part of Achterhoek. Parking space with 2 loading areas directly opposite the house. Loading area for the dogs in the forest at 1 km walk or parking spaces for the car.

Had a wonderful stay! The house is super spacious which was nice with two families. And yet very cozy. From baking pepper to playing games by the fire. Come back again!

The Cottage is very nice! I felt so comfortable. Communication and check-in was very easy and hassle-free. I can only recommend it!

Beautiful house, which is equipped with all comforts. In terms of facilities (kitchen utensils, coffee, tea, etc.), these types of houses still want to be desired. That was certainly not the case here! Everything (and more) was present. Plenty of space for 6 people as well. The only downside was the impractical layout of the rooms upstairs. One bedroom can only be reached via the bathroom. The other only through another bedroom. That wasn't a problem for us, but it's good to know.

We stayed with a larger group during a festival, there was everything you need to feel comfortable and communication was always easy and fast, no matter what. The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well appointed. Thank you for the lovely stay.

very nice group/family accommodation, for young and old. Partly due to the spacious, clean, separate recreation space with very nice things, kitchenette, music system, table etc very nice. The garden also gives many possibilities and tranquility. Also nice for the dogs. Fence front house is low. Surroundings: excursions, beautiful zoo, but by car / bike. Super clean and solid.

We immediately felt at home in this beautiful accommodation where everything was taken care of to the last detail. For a larger group, a nice comfortable house with plenty of space and private sanitary facilities per room. The beds were already made on arrival and the house was brought into the Christmas spirit. A special word of thanks for the great cleaning crew, which we had to ask a little more about due to circumstances. A cozy place to return to!

This accommodation is located in a small holiday park, yet the apartments are very idyllically located with a private garden. An apartment has a jacuzzi that is heated with wood (takes about 3 hours to let in water and get to temperature). But it's always worth it, we spent every night in it. Each apartment has a slightly more comfortable bedroom with a double bed and two quite small (relatively cramped) rooms where in principle only the beds can be accommodated. However, it is completely sufficient for sleeping. The apartment with jacuzzi has 2 bathrooms, one of which only has a toilet. We stayed for breakfast in one of the two apartments with 10 people, which went without problems at the large dining table. 2 grills were also provided. Everything was great, we would come back again. But you definitely need a car, as you can only get on by bus to a limited extent.

We had a great stay with a group of 10 people here. The area was beautiful and the accomodation was lovely. I would highly recommend to those that enjoy spending time in nature.

The house was just great, we had beautiful weather and could use the huge garden, sauna and barbecue. We liked the dining area the most, which was cozy with glass fronts and views of the garden. We can imagine coming back again. Patrick was very responsive and ready for any question.

We rented the house for a birthday weekend, together with friends and had a really nice time. The house is very special and invites you to relax together. The kitchen, for cooking together. In good weather, a walk through the lovingly maintained garden is worth it. There's a lot to discover here! The communication with the hostess was always quick, solution-oriented and very friendly. Check in and check out was exceptionally flexible and easy. We felt very comfortable as a result. Recommend!

We rented a tent over Easter and had a nice time overall. The surrounding area is ideal for children – lots of nature, space to play and a really family atmosphere. Especially the barbecue in the evening was a lot of fun and contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. A few small things could be improved: the shower was in need of repair and the internet connection was unfortunately not reliable. Also, it got quite cold at night – so you should prepare well if you stay there this time of year. Still a great spot for families who want to enjoy a bit of nature and camping together

Everything was nice. But the beds can be of higher quality, they are not comfortable and make noise.

Nice house that lent itself well for a cosy game weekend! Beautiful and spacious; the only thing we missed were an oven dish and a cutting board, but otherwise the cottage had everything we needed. Communication with hosts went smoothly and pleasantly. Would definitely return here!

Nice and uncomplicated contact. Quick response to questions. No towels means that you also do not find towels in the toilet, we were not so aware of that and it happened for the first time after four trips to Holland. Not that anyone makes the same mistake as we do :). No soap was already something more surprising but a supermarket is nearby and you can quickly buy the missing things. Otherwise, clean apartment, nice sauna and garden. Beds a little flat and soft but on the whole the location is recommended. There is a lot to experience in the area, especially for children.

A nice cottage, clean and tidy. It was nice that the closet was full of games, puzzles and other fun things, we had a good time. A beautiful garden and very quiet park full of birds!

A place where you quickly feel at home, nice decor and what is full of nice things for young and old: toys and swing, a trampo and BBQ in the garden, a cinema in the living room, a really mancave;-) in the front room, nice kitchen, great beds. Nice and spacious so you can also go your own way. Very chill. And many fun things nearby: a lake, Zutphen, boat sailing, Castle route, climbing forest/go-kart track, etc. Recommended!

Beautiful canal house in a superb setting, ideally located in the park (grocery store, restaurant, swimming pool 100m away). Modern and spacious house for 8 people, with all amenities. The house is also perfectly located: a 15-minute walk through the woods to reach the Parc de la Haute Veluwe, a 30-minute drive from Apeldoorn and Het Loo Castle. Thanks to Hubb who was very responsive and made our stay easier. We'll be happy to go back! Stéphane
