Cozy house in a great location We felt very comfortable and happy that we were allowed to bring our dog. There is a sauna, the living room is very cozy, the terrace and the garden are nice and sunny and the location perfect for us. Just a few small things we wanted to note. The bedrooms couldn't be darkened. Extra curtains would be a great thing here. The bathroom smelled unpleasant due to an open washing machine. We were able to get a grip on this through a rubber glove. The lower sled of the dishwasher is broken, so it was difficult to load. Unfortunately, there was no wifi in the lower bedroom Apart from these little things overall a recommended and very cozy accommodation due to the underfloor heating and the cozy sofa, which is especially great for dog owners due to the proximity to the NSG mining ground. Thank you for this, if we are in the area again we will be happy to come back.

It is a beautiful tiny house with a morning and evening terrace, in absolute silence. Lovingly, crazy furnished, which was perfect for us! Also perfect with our dogs!Everything we needed was there. Chemnitz, Aue, Schwarzenberg and Gotha, Zwickau are close and super interesting! The best for us, as gourmets and former restaurateurs, was the Jägerklause in Waldbach! Extremely good, homemade food!!! Asparagus, fish, venison burgers, roasts really great! (Opening hours!) This short break was so successful!!! We will repeat it!

We spent New Year's Eve as a group of 5 friends, a toddler and a dog in Berga-Wünschendorf to escape the chaos of the big city, find peace and spend a cozy time together. We could all this in Fynn's apartment! All three parties had their separate rooms, found, but we were able to cook together in the large kitchen, be together in the large living room or play in the garden. Especially with a toddler and dog a real advantage! With a cot and high chair, the apartment was perfectly prepared for this. The decor was not only super appealing, but also extensive, practical and modern (smart TV, induction stove, even washing machine fridge). The surroundings didn't give much in the season without snow, but that wasn't our goal either. There is a train running at the garden every 30 minutes, but you hardly hear it at all, and who was more of a faithful companion who stopped by from time to time. We'll be back!

I had some very relaxing days in the green cottage. The place is lovingly decorated, clean and quiet – perfect for unwinding. Everything was as described, WiFi and amenities worked great. Unfortunately I was not able to meet Tímea and Gábor in person, but the communication was consistently friendly and reliable. Thank you for this beautiful retreat – I will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is perfect for a relaxing stay. You have everything you need in the apartment, it is clean and tidy and is in the immediate vicinity of the forest.

The 1a holiday home is quietly located in Sophiental next to a stream. We booked the accommodation with Anika & Felix as a family of 6 + children and were thrilled from the start. The accommodation is well equipped and actually leaves nothing to be desired - The kitchen has incl. Spices and oils are all there for cooking, and there is a grill in the garden. Coals + lighters were also provided. For the long evenings in the huge garden, there is still a fire bowl and wood ready to make bread and marshmallows. A highlight is the lighting at night - it is incredibly cozy to spend long summer nights here in a deck chair. I highly recommend the accommodation - especially you notice that Anika & Felix do everything to make sure you have a wonderful time.

Super neat stay. The surroundings are wonderful for nature lovers. We were with 3 children, and had plenty of sleeping space. The sauna and play area are a big plus.

We were there for the second time. We liked it again. The garden is beautiful and large and well maintained. We were able to sit outside. There are many magazines and games, including for outdoors. The only thing that may be perceived as disturbing is the nearby road. However, it was fine for us and we had a nice stay there. Thanks for the opportunity.

Dorit was very helpful, we had booked here for an activity nearby. Due to change of plans, we should have canceled our overnight stay. Since someone else was looking for another place for the same event, he could take over the place from us without any problem. Dorit was very helpful in this for which thank you.

We stayed at John's place for 2 nights. The cottages are really superbly furnished and are not too small for a family of 4. So here you can also stand it longer. 😊 In the kitchen and bathroom, things like coffee filters, salt, shampoo, toilet paper were available to avoid having to go shopping right away - except food of course. 😉 You can walk right by the house into the forest. 👍 It was not so quiet with us on the WE, which is certainly the case - because there was a dog tournament with us. Otherwise, I can definitely recommend the accommodation and we will definitely come back.

We had a family vacation with Elena. Everything was great. The house is a great , beautiful and cozy place. Beautiful nature, silence. We really want to come. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and a great home .

We were with a child and seven adults in the treasure chest and had a wonderful stay. We felt right at home, grilled in the garden and used the pool, explored Marienberg and made a detour to the Kühnau Heath and the Schwarzwassertal to the Teufelsmauer and the Katzenstein. There are very well-developed hiking trails in a beautiful landscape. We will definitely be back. The place itself exceeded our expectations. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and there were delicious fresh eggs. Shopping facilities were in walking distance. The only thing that may be considered problematic is the fact that there are only two toilets and one shower. But if you coordinate well and there are early risers, then it works. Nice apartment overlooking the city for 2 people. The check-in process was very easy. We just missed a window curtain or blinds, it was a full moon, so it was hard to sleep. I recommend staying with Lucie.

Beautiful quiet location, nice host, very large garden, great pool, shopping and excursion destinations easily accessible by car. The place was exactly as described. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very pleasant stay. The place is highly suitable for 8 people for a nice stay right in the middle of prestine nature. Highlight here was the grill place. The host communicated pretty much everything we need. We will come again. Highly recommend if you are visiting Karlovy Vary.

A great apartment, lovingly furnished, clean, beautiful quiet location. There was a friendly welcome greeting in the refrigerator and a bouquet of meadow flowers on the table. Everything is available for a relaxing vacation. Thank you, we'll be back!

The cottage is simply indescribably beautiful! Through the large windows you can look at meadows and forests, it is so wonderfully quiet that you just relax right away. Due to the underfloor heating, it is wonderfully warm and due to the lots of wood, the cottage is very comfortable. In the kitchen there is everything you need and it is really fun to cook something here and get involved. The lower bedroom is wonderfully cool and also has a wonderful view of nature and in the attic children get their money's worth and have their own little empire. There is a balcony and a terrace to properly absorb and enjoy the beautiful scenery. From the cottage you can hike through the enchanted forest, e.g. to the Hochmoor small Kranichsee. We 100% recommend this place and thank Tina and family very much for this great place.

Very nice little hut, perfect for a short trip, for longer stays I would prefer another hut because the hut is very noisy and also a bathroom with toilet is not sufficient. There is a capsule machine but unfortunately no normal coffee machine. There were also no grill tongs. The existing wood that you were allowed to use for the campfire is much too large and would have to be split and sawn first. Otherwise, as described, a nice little hut, price performance is right.

Everything was wonderful and also a little bigger than expected. If we should go to Cheb again, we will be happy to come back! 👍🏼🔝

A fantastically equipped, well thought-out and very clean apartment. Even the light switches are labeled, so you know right away which one is for what. Beautifully situated in the countryside, many tips and recommendations are available on the kitchen counter. Great communication with the hostess. :) We will not be the last time we visit.

Beautiful and peaceful accommodation. To our surprise, a fridge and a large power bank were available in the accommodation. Everything was just like the photos. We enjoyed it very much, thank you😊

It was as if we were arriving at the home of good friends. The arrival was completely uncomplicated, the check-in was flexible and warm. From the very first contact, you could feel the genuine hospitality that ran through the entire stay. Our dogs were also welcomed with open arms. The accommodation was lovingly furnished, superbly equipped and sparkling clean. There was really nothing missing: plenty of towels, coffee, a fully equipped kitchen and many small details that show how much heart is in here. We were particularly pleased with a fruit bowl, dog treats and even a bowl. Our four-legged friends were just as spoiled as we were. The garden was a green oasis of tranquility. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The encounters and being together with Patrick and his family: so warm, open and funny. We will not forget the shared conversations and laughter.
