Located in the vicinity of a Czech Mountain resort Klinovec, our Loft apartment offers a comfortable and cosy home base for your skiing, hiking, biking or spa-wellness holiday. 54 m2 newly refurbished Loft with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, balcony, storage space for bicycles​ and an infra sauna is located on the 4th floor of a house with a lift. We can comfortably accommodate four ​guests plus two more should you wish to use the living room sofa.

The large open & fully equipped kitchen-living room is the heart of our chalet. From here you can reach both bedrooms, the bathroom & the balcony overlooking the Fichtelberg. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom with toilet has a walk-in shower. On the second floor is the living area with TV, sofas & reading corner. An extra bed can also be provided here.

Chalet Iva is part of the traditional development of the village and has its unmistakable mountain charisma. It's an ideal place for families and friends to meet in privacy and without disruption to strangers. It has all the necessary facilities and amenities for a relaxing stay, especially the spacious common room with a fireplace that is in the heart of it.

Green cottage under Klínovec

This green house is special for its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original just newly renovated. Other furniture such as beds, closets, and cabinets were made by ourselves along with our best friends. We have spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)
