Mezzanine with 2 separate sleeping places with 2x 120 cm beds at one end and 150 cm double bed at the opposite end. Well-equipped kitchen with all facilities. Boligen ligger på historisk grunn med utsikt til Oscarsborg. Rett ovenfor eiendommen ligger Kopåsbatteriet, en kanonstilling som deltok i beskytningen av det tyske krigsskipet Blucher 9.april 1940. Drøbak sitt eldste hus, Thorsehuset fra 1760, ligger på samme eiendom. Huset er verneverdig og ivaretatt med omfattende arbeider.

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.
