Includes 120-acres of Alaskan wilderness with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, sleeps 6. The accommodations include a walk out, wrap-around balcony. The 1250 sqft suite is the entire 2nd floor of my home. It is accessed by its own staircase and balcony. A 3-mile hiking trail takes you to 5500 ft. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.

Includes a huge new covered deck where you can enjoy the unobstructed views from the barrel sauna and hot-tub while protected from the elements. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, steam shower, full kitchen, open living room. Pull-out queen couch can sleep additional two guests. *Winter months, AWD is a must. Garage is not for guest use.

Beautiful new log cabin that's perfect for families or small groups. The cabin has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It has a large great room with a spacious kitchen and dining area on one side and a living area on the other. This cabin has beautiful views of Pioneer Peak and surrounding mountains. It's very close to many recreational opportunities including hiking, biking, fishing, 4 wheeling etc. It's 40 minutes from Anchorage. Washer and dryer in cabin. No pets please.
