Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Knox County

We were very happy with Stella's house. It had everything we needed plus more. We only stayed a few days but we hope to be back for a longer stay. It was near restaurants and grocery store for those who want to cook. Starbucks was easy to find. But Stella had coffee makers also.

This house is the cutest and most home-y house away from home you’ll stay at. The decorations add character to the bnb and the animals add to the fun. I think I had the best sleep in years just because of the darkness and peacefulness that this area offers. I was a little worried that it’ll smell too much like a farm with all the neighboring animals but it honestly didn’t smell at all. Instead, the house smelled a little like campfire smoke when we first arrived but it was quite comforting. I would definitely be coming back.

We came for a rowing regatta and the location was convenient - 13 min away which definitely helped with early 6am starts. The immediate neighborhood is safe, quiet and well kept. I have to commend Morgan on her styling. I am in the design industry and the through line of color and detail she took on this property from home shutters to the entire interior made for a calm, restful and beautiful stay. I live a high stress life and admit, I am impacted by the tranquility and aesthetics of my surroundings. Morgan’s home gave me three days of peace even though I was driving a frenetic family of five and lugging crew gear over 15 hours of to/from commuting.

Wonderful home for bride and bridesmaids. Plenty of room. Very peaceful. All enjoyed old pictures. Looks like great place to have lived.

Volunteer City Getaway is a WONDERFUL place to stay. We stayed for a girls weekend and everyone in the group agreed it was the perfect place, more cost effective than a hotel room and waaaaaay better than a hotel room!!! The apartment has everything essential you need, it was spotless (and I’m a clean freak), in a great location for everything Knoxville, tastefully decorated, comfortable bed and floor mattress, good quality linens and kitchen supplies. We will definitely stay here again. Don’t look elsewhere, this place is great!!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here in Knoxville. The apartment was clean and charming. My kids loved the tub and open space to run around. I appreciated the bedroom layout with the kids in the bedroom with the two queens and then a master bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and. I appreciated the attention to detail. Only thing we really missed was a broom so I could sweep up a little during our stay. Only negative thing was the neighborhood was a little busier than we are used to, but since we are deep sleepers it was fine for us. Also, we couldn’t get in when we first arrived, but that got straightened out quick!

Al’s place was a great value! The home that this “apartment” is a part of is being completely renovated, but the living space included in this listing is more than adequate. It’s basically two bedrooms + 1 bathroom of a larger house that are finished being renovated, with the rest of the house locked/blocked off. No frills, but a perfect affordable option in a convenient location.

Patricia is a great, generous host! Everything went smoothly and the place was perfect I will definitely stay here every time I come to Knoxville, about 6 times per year, 18 -21 days at a time. It was a pleasure to stay as her guest!!!

My family and I had a blast in Knoxville this week! The condo was extremely clean and organized. Dylan and Suzanne made sure to carry all the essentials that we tend to forget such as dish soap, extra paper towels, and even laundry pods! The balcony had a breathtaking view of the Tennessee river which was especially beautiful during the sunset. If you need a place to relax or enjoy the downtown views this is the place! Will definitely come back again!

This condo is beautifully decorated and so clean! We were amazed at how beautiful the outdoor space was to sit with coffee in the mornings and in the evenings to enjoy a view of the river. We felt all three bedrooms were furnished with very nice quality linens and comfortable beds. The kitchen was clean and well appointed with dinnerware, glasses and serving bowls. All the appliances were clean and new. We found the location to be close to downtown for dining and shopping. The neighborhood is not walkable to any coffee shops or restaurants but it was less than a 10 minute drive to the grocery store and restaurants. The only downside to this unit is the parking. The unit only has one parking spot (it is clearly noted in the listing) and the visitor spots are very limited. We were lucky enough to get a visitor spot so it all worked out well! We would enjoy going back to this unit and staying in Dylan and Suzanne's beautiful home!
