Without a doubt, my favorite AirBNB to date. It is exactly the type of place I would love to call home, and Barb and Greg were just the most accommodating hosts. We had plans to get out and spend most of our time looking for things to do, but ended up spending so much time at the apartment, because the farm is idyllic and being there, reading a book that Barb supplied, was exactly what I needed. There was not one thing that we lacked during our stay. Barb has thought of everything, including snacks, teas, essential out diffuser (my fav), and a well equipped kitchen. If you love nature, wildlife, and gorgeous landscape, this is the place for you. Finding new friends, in Barb, Greg and Tucker were an added bonus. Thank you for a STELLAR stay!

Volunteer City Getaway is a WONDERFUL place to stay. We stayed for a girls weekend and everyone in the group agreed it was the perfect place, more cost effective than a hotel room and waaaaaay better than a hotel room!!! The apartment has everything essential you need, it was spotless (and I’m a clean freak), in a great location for everything Knoxville, tastefully decorated, comfortable bed and floor mattress, good quality linens and kitchen supplies. We will definitely stay here again. Don’t look elsewhere, this place is great!!!!

The location was perfect for us. We loved the bathroom clean and modern looking. Everything was as it’s described. The host was always responsive and nice. Thanks for sharing your property.

Omaris could not have been a better host. We needed to check in slightly early and she made it work so that we could do that. She also checked in with us right after we got there to make sure everything was A-OK. Her check in and check out protocols were so concise, clear and easy to understand. Her place was economical and cozy. Had the basic necessities and was very comfy for a family of three. Would definitely stay here again.

Aaron was very accommodating when we asked about a late check out due to the circumstances of our stay. He was helpful and responded quickly. Very spacious and beautiful space!

We loved our stay in Knoxville. It was our first trip out of state with our newborn baby and we felt so comfortable. The home was spacious, very clean, and has everything you need for a weekend away. Great overall stay. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Comfortable house with great amenities that allowed everyone to have their own space. Beds were very comfortable. Host was always accessible and quick to respond to any questions etc. would definitely book this place again!

This is the perfect home away from home. My family and kids had an amazing time the pool was amazing. Scott communicated amazingly all the information was clear and concised since the beginning. My kids felt right at home immediately snuggling on the couch and running in the pool. Scott was so kind with my little ones. It was a pleasure staying in your beautiful home and we hope to be back some day. Thank you for an amazing time.

Christian was a great host and the location was perfect for us. My mother was having surgery, so we needed a place closer to the hospital to rest at during her surgery and for her first couple days of recovery. The location is less than a mile from Parkwest Hospital, so I was able to bring my service dog and my dad (who has dementia) back to rest while she was in surgery. There's plenty of room, he has every appliance you'd ever need in the kitchen, Cedar Bluff has tons of restaurants that deliver there, the beds were super comfy and the furniture was great. All-in-all one of my favorite AirBnBs we've stayed at.

Lovely studio apartment that was efficiently laid out and clean. I appreciated the memory foam mattress for good sleep whilst traveling. The host graciously left snacks and small travel amenities if needed, which was greatly appreciated. Easy walking to and from campus while I attended a training course.

Not only was the space everything I was looking for but Julie was such an incredible host with her communication and kindness. I wouldn’t hesitate to book.

Did not end up staying here due to booking error, but summer was respectful and the place was as described!!

We enjoyed our long weekend at Herby’s place. It had everything that you need. We didn’t cook but the kitchen did have all the basics to make meals. We opted not to walk to Downtown or Old Town. UBERs came quickly & not costly. The area between the unit & downtown & old town is a little desolate but it did not appear unsafe. The bed was very comfortable. We had very few reasons to reach out to Herby but he was very responsive the times we did.

Excellent place to stay, beautiful well designed/decorated duplex in very walkable quiet neighborhood, close to hiking/running trails. John and Amanda were super quick to respond to questions and take care of a small issue we had on the last night. Overall: loved it, would stay again!
