Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ko Samet

Amazing value with a stunning apartment, superb ameneties (like the HUGE pool), and welcoming hoasts make this a rare find. The welcome letter that runs through the basics of checking in and out was very practical. Small nice decorative details enhance the experiense further and sitting out on the giant balcony overlooking the ocean every evening is the icing on the cake. Staying here, one does not necessarely need a car as one can eat either at the Marriott (at an exessive premium but still) or at any of the close beach restuarants serving nice food at reasnoble prices. We did have our own vehicle and wander just a couple of minutes into the closest "town" and you'll be spoilt for choise at "proper" Thai joints where 3 people eat (including soft drinks) for 120-150 b. One of us usually drove out and brought back lunch and had a nice poolside lunch in the very tranquil and relexed surroundings. If one gets tired of Thai food one needs not to worry; either head 8 km to Mae Phim and eat at Buffalo Bills or if one is craving authentic Italian cooking head 5 km in the other direction and dine at fantastic Mr Polenta (be sure to reserve a table). Travelling with kids this makes for a super place as the two water slides where mighty fun. Thank you and BRAVO!!!

Although this accommodation is not quite by the sea. But I still like this accommodation very much. There is a room where my family can sit together. We can have activity ,talk to each other and eat together. There is kitchenware enough to make simple cooking. My family like the dinner and breakfast provided by the host. Thank you very much.

Located in Phupatara condominium complex, the room offers a panoramic beach view with a big balcony. Once the partition between living area and bedroom is opened, the room is actually very spacious. Standard amenities are included. 5 mins walk to a local restaurant is a big plus. Juit is very helpful and responsive. We have stayed in this room twice already. Definitely come back here again.

Loved our stay here. There are plenty of restaurants along by the beach and the supermarket is not far if you hire transport or take a taxi. Koh Samet is more lively if you want a change of pace and the snorkeling trip is a good way to see some of the other islands.

The place was nice and lovely with the pool just outside the door. The kids also loved the area's large pool where there is also a tennis court. The beach at the resort is Fantastic with a lot of cozy restaurants on the beach. It almost takes you to rent a mop to get around as it's a bit to Ban Phe & the different markets worth visiting during the weeks. Office is where you can get help with what is needed during the stay. e.g. various problems with electricity, water, fridge/freezer etc. They can also book taxis, massage, etc. We had problems with the fridge/freezer when we arrived, they finally fine it against a more functioning that kept the right temperature. We had a nice holiday & can recommend the area to others

Beng and Irene are the best host you can ever get! They are extremely nice and friendly. They can accommodate your needs and an also coordinate the ride for you especially to and from restaurants. We were lucky to get Beng’s speed boat to go to the island and they coordinate everything for us! The place is also very peaceful and I would 100% recommendations staying at their place!

The house met expectations perfectly, close to the golf course (and a slide to other fields within a short drive). In the house with two bedrooms, living room and basic equipped kitchen (simple) , so it's suitable for two couples who are looking for an easy location near the club. The club is about 700 meters away and there is a restaurant. Other restaurants are a short drive away. Taxi rides are readily available, laundry services are functional, and affordable. Owner's close proximity support excellent, she responded quickly if there was anything to figure out, very friendly. THANK YOU ON BEHALF OF ALL!

Very nice villa, Victor and Tatiana were super helpful, they can even rent a car to you at a very good price, I highly recommend this property, very relaxing and great pool, 5 stars ⭐️ from me!!

It was amazing, and the answer was no longer available. Pool right in front of you. For those who don't have a car, it's a good idea to have their way of transportation. He also arranged for the driver to be locally. The house was very pleasant to stay in. I don't have a rice cooker and cookware. You should check in advance if needed. Anyway, the host was super responsive. Thank you very much.😊

A top spot for a peace and privacy-loving party. My two families and I were at Sven Erik Villa and everything went smoothly. Nearby, you'll find affordable restaurants and a larger number of services and entertainment is just a 20-60-minute drive from the property.

The host is super responsive, very friendly, and was on deck to help with any local recommendations if we needed it. The area is quiet and peaceful, also very close to stunning beaches. This place is authentic cosy hideaway which gives us a real privacy and comforts. It is good for family to spend time together in a comfortably spacious & clean place equipped with sufficient amenities. This room provides panoramic scenery of both sea and mountain views. Pat's bunglow's are a wonderful place to rest and recharge in Thailand. I was here for a work requirement. Very clean and modern, everything you need for a pleasant stay in this beautiful environment. The very nice pool is an excellent addition to the experience. It is good to have a car or scooter to get around easily to the beach (or work) and shopping or just exploring the area. Pat is an excellent host, very attentive and helpful in every situation. She helped with getting to know the area (it was the first time for me), shopping, scooter rental, airport transportation, laundry and my many questions as a newcomer.

This is a great family place especially if you love the beach. The host property manager was amazing. Very attentive! We would definitely recommend stocking up for larger items (we like to cook breakfastforourselves). The essentials are available 4 minutes away. The seafood is great and plenty of restaurants. If we go to rayong again this will be our first place to look for

Alex was a great host, his response time to our communications was always very fast and friendly. His house was exactly as described and the location was perfect, check in and out was effortless and the staff at the office extremely friendly and helpful. Can definitely highly recommend this home.

Well-equipped place, in a small village with similar houses; this one however outshone many of them. It has its own small private pool, and the village itself has a common pool, too. Lived the kitchen with center island which could actually be used for cooking (not a condo kitchenette). Landscaping very well taken care of throughout the village. A car is necessary to explore the wider area but there are motorbikes with side carts available (not sure what the conditions are since we used our car). During our stay the village was quiet; we hear it gets a bit more crowded in high season. We’ll be back!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months. We had a great time there. Specially we really like spending time on beautiful rooftop. Also we enjoyed pool in the afternoon. ※In the afternoon, the pool is in the shade so you can enjoy it without worrying about getting sunburned. We didn't have any problems during our stay. They cleaned the AC filter before our stay. AC is really working well. They installed new washing machine. ※No need to go to the laundromat, you can wash your clothes at home. Also there is a vacuum cleaner, bloom and mop. You can keep the room clean on your own. Internet speed is high. You can work from home without any Internet problems.
