Holiday rentals with a patio in Kobarid

AMAZING place to stay, we couldn't wish for anything better than this lovely apartment. Perfect location - clean, cozy, there is everything one needs. We felt like home!!! I would totally recommend it. Communication was clear and self check-in very easy to do. I hope I can go back there soon :)

Il posto era meraviglioso, immerso nelle montagne con un bel giardino e tagliaerba motorizzato. L’appartamento aveva qualsiasi utensile da cucina immaginabile (dalle pasticche per la lavastoviglie allo spremi agrumi). È una posizione strategica per chi viene dall’Italia per le maggiori escursioni slovene. L’host è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, sempre pronto a risponderci.

Well located apartment, just a 5 minute walk from the edge of the lake, and right next to bus stop to get to the train station. Communication with Barbara and Tom was amazing throughout our stay, and everything inside the apartment was lovely. The AC wasn't particularly strong, but this wasn't an issue for us as the apartment was cool even when it was 25⁰C+. Overall we had a great time :)

Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen, zentrale Lage und dennoch sehr ruhig… Das Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt für Paare… Tina hatte sogar eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit für unseren Hund 😊 Danke nochmal

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Bovec sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt: zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Der Blick ins Grüne ist wunderbar. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit vielen liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren bei Fragen immer schnell erreichbar. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

I would give Jerica 6 out of 5 stars if I could! Upon arrival, Jerica greeted us with a beer and schnapps and showed us to our apartment. The apartment was exactly as described, impeccably clean and comfortable. Sitting on the balcony surrounded by the mountains was fantastic. Bohinj is a perfect base for hiking, biking, and lake activities and Stara Fuzina has the necessary amenities and great restaurants. It's a beautiful 15 min walk to the lake from the apartment through the meadows. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nataša. Le logement est très bien, très fonctionnel avec tout ce qu'il faut, on se sent chez soi. Nataša à été très accueillante, avec des petites attentions à notre arrivée. Seul bémol : le clocher qui sonne l'angélus à 7h ! Au moins on se lève tôt pour aller visiter !

Wspaniałe miejsce! Bardzo klimatyczne, spokojne i ciche, zlokalizowane w malutkiej wiosce - znakomicie nam sie spało. Po zwiedzaniu atrakcji w okolicy mozna odpoczac na ogrodzie wśród natury. Gospodarze bardzo pomocni. Dostępne lozeczko i krzesełko dla niemowlaka. Apartament w pełni wyposażony. Na pewno będziemy rekomendować to miejsce innym :)

Tamara et Marian furent des hôtes chaleureux. Ils nous ont accueillis personnellement et nous indiqués les activités à faire dans la région. Le logement est très propre et c’est très tranquille. On est à dix minutes de la grotte de Postojna.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Das kleine Haus liegt direkt am Fluss und bietet eine tolle Umgebung zum Entspannen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die schöne Terrasse mit dem riesigen Grill, der gemütliche Whirlpool und die liebevolle Einrichtung – man merkt sofort, wie viel Herzblut hier drinsteckt. Die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen – es war alles da, was man braucht. Alles war super sauber und ordentlich vorbereitet. Natasja war eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Boštjan and his wife are very kind. They welcomed us in the garden, and we instantly got along. Boštjan gave us several suggestions on what we could do. We really felt good in this apartment. The place is clean and well-maintained. There is a free parking space in front of the apartment. The lake is a 10-minute walk away. Great location. I would also recommend it to families.

Really great, clean and affordable place to stay at. Around 25 minute walk to the centre of Gorizia. Could be ideal for a family to stay.

Wonderful and large space, with exceptionally kind hosts that even offered to pick me up from the Bled-Jezero train station. Check-in and check-out was also very easy. I would definitely stay here again, it is a bargain for the price and amount of space you get, in addition to the peaceful surroundings.

Well designed house with tasteful interior. We can’t think of anything that we missed and the house was spotless. Mojca was very friendly and thoughtful. The house is located on a very rural and quiet location, but still it’s really easy to get to Ljubljana by car. Beautiful walks close by too. We could have easily stayed longer here.

Beautiful apartment above host’s house in stunning location in the hills. We have 3 young kids and they loved the apartment and surrounds. Katja is lovely, helpful and at the same time very respectful of our space. We were given fresh milk on arrival and the kids loved it! Great value, clean apartment, perfect space for a family of 5 and great spot to check out Lake Bohinj, Lake Bled and surrounds. Would recommend and would happily stay again. Thanks for having us!

Wir haben die Unterkunft für mehrere Nächte gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Unterkunft war sauber und modern eingerichtet. An Ausstattung war dort alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben. Der Wellness-Bereich hat uns ebenfalls gefallen und die Aufteilung in den 2-Stunden Slots hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft - man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten im Wandergebiet. Wer u. a. aus diesem Grund hier hier reisen möchte, ist genau richtig. Ein Supermarkt und ein paar Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. In der ruhigen Lage der Unterkunft haben wir und unser Hund uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sollten wir nochmal planen, nach Slowenien zu reisen, würden wir definitiv wiederkommen. Das Einzige Manko: Durch die offene Dusche im Badezimmer setzt man beim duschen das halbe Bad unter Wasser. Dies könnte eventuell ein wenig besser gelöst sein. Ansonsten war alles Top! Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war ebenfalls sehr gut. Danke auch an Katja! :)

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Schönes und sehr persönliches Appartement. Es ist mit zahlreichen Kunstwerken von Silva und ihrem Mann ausgestattet, sehr schöne Bilder, Skulpturen und Töpferware. Silva und ihr Mann sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute und zahlreiche Informationen für diese wunderschöne Umgebung. Die Terrasse neben dem Haus war sehr schön, da es im Dachgeschoß warm werden kann.

The raitings say it all but let me ellaborate. 1. The check-in was easy with a key lock box outside the building. 2. The dedicated parking spot is a top ammenity if you are renting a car. The area is very busy on the weekends and it was so comforting to know we didn’t have to worry about parking. 3. Chilled beer and wine greeted us - so nice to get our stay started off on the right foot!-) 4. We are coffee drinkers and there was plenty of coffee for the 2 of us. 5. A great supply of kitchen utensiles, glasses, dish towels, paper towels, etc. 6. The hosts were top notch when it came to being avaliable and responsive. 7. The location is great! Just on the edge of town so you don’t have to drive through narrow streets, easy to find, and just a few minutes from the main attraction - the lake! 8. There are 2 markets within 5 minute walks. 9. We encourage you to get up early for a quite walk around the lake! 10. Last, but certainly not least, we would stay here again!

We drove from Croatia to Slovenia and got delayed at the border. Big thanks to Ana and Jost for patiently waiting and warmly welcoming us—they even helped with our suitcases. We really appreciated it! We loved this Airbnb! It’s stylish, modern, bright, and super clean—just like the photos. Opening the living room doors leads to a green lawn—it felt like a dream. Everything worked well: AC, heating, TV, and kitchen. Even the tap water was fresh and drinkable. Ana prepared a bottle of sparkling drink for us and kindly showed us how to use the espresso machine, we enjoyed a few great cups! The shower had plenty of hot water and was really comfortable. Thanks to Ana’s tips, we had amazing Kremšnita, tiramisu, blueberry cheesecake, and Cacao ice cream! We stayed two nights and had a great time. Ana’s quick, thoughtful replies made us feel cared for. If we visit Slovenia again, we’ll definitely stay here. Highly recommended!

In Marušas Haus haben wir uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt. Das Appartment ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte, mit vielen liebevollen Details und einzigartigen Kunstwerken an den Wänden. 2 Mountainbikes mit Helmen stehen zur Verfügung. Der gemütliche Sitzplatz vor der Wohnung und der wunderschöne Garten laden zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Die Umgebung bietet vielfältige und großartige Möglichkeiten die Region und die traumhafte Natur zu entdecken. Maruša ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, die auch viele Tipps parat hatte. Wir haben die Zeit bei ihr und mit ihr sehr genossen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Urška toller Wohnung. Das Wetter war teilweise sehr regnerisch, umso mehr haben wir die Wohnung genossen. Wir haben uns gleich zuhause gefühlt… gemütlich, sauber, alles vorhanden was man zum kochen und sonst so braucht. Tipps für Ausflüge und gute Restaurants, die wir gerne ausprobiert haben. Die Wohnung ist modern und absolut gemütlich eingerichtet. Kurzum Wohlfühlurlaub!
