Welcome to a lovely two-story villa apartment in Strøby Egede. An external staircase leads you up to the apartment's spacious roof terrace and main entrance. The apartment is spread over two floors with 85 m² on the 2nd floor and 21 m² on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed. On the 3rd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an extra room with a single bed. The stairs are a bit steep and are less suitable for those with walking difficulties. Ceiling height on the 3th floor is 185-200 cm.

Enjoy overnight stays in a two-story townhouse with 2 double beds (possibility of extra bed on sofa). There is free parking, direct access to the playground and a trail system that leads to the Boholte Center and several shopping opportunities. Only 1.5 km to Køge square + station and 2 km to the beach. The house has a new kitchen, large living room/kitchen-living room with sofa and guest toilet with washing facilities on the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom

Huset ligger i rolige omgivelser i en lille landsby som hedder Lidemark. Der er 3 km til nærmeste supermarked hvor der er et lille center pizzaria og thaimad hvis man vil bestille mad udefra. Køge by ligger 10 min kørsel hvor der er alle muligheder fra caféer-restauranter-shopping eller hvad man skulle have lyst til. København ligger 30 min derfra

Beautiful countryside house

If you love the countryside, nature and time to relax with the family and friends, you will love this beautiful house from the 1870´s. The house is 209 m2 with fantastic view too the open fields. A big garden surrounds the house with a playground. Only a 5 minute walk to a big forest. There is also a train station where the train can take you directly to Copenhagen city center in 42 minutes. Also located 15 minutes drive or 10 min by train to the beautiful old town of Køge and the beach.
