The apartment was completed in March 2013 and equipped with a living room ventilation, it is located on the 3rd floor (elevator available). A balcony facing southwest is also available, as well as the complete furnishings for a maximum of 4 people. An extra bed in the bedroom can accommodate a third person, the fourth in the living room. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).
