Welcome to our newly built small house with all facilities in a quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and drying facilities. Large terrace with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and marina. Close to the sea, private but still in the community, at the top of a cul-de-sac, you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

A place for those looking for peace and quiet. Our house is right by the sea. This means that you have a fantastic view from all rooms except the TV room. A large balcony in front of the house provides sun during the day. Next to the balcony is a hot tub. The beach is perfect for those who want to paddle and for children because it is shallow. Outdoor gym available for rent nearby. A couple of hundred meters away is a harbor. On Orust, there are exciting excursions. The town of Svanesund with grocery store and pizzeria is about 2 km away.

Vill du vandra i skogen, bada i havet, fiska i sjön? Här bor du i ett lugnt område nära naturen 700 meter från centrum. Här finns mataffärer, genuina småbutiker och strandpromenad till mysiga restauranger precis vid havet. Goda bussförbindelser till bla Göteborg, Smögen, Lysekil, ca 1 timmes resväg. 4 km finns Lyckorna golfklubb. 15 min med bil finner du ett stort köpcentrum. Vill du njuta av stillheten i skog och natur har du fina vandringsleder nära flera sjöar med start ca 1 km från boendet.

Very old windmill rebuild as a summer holiday house. Location 45km north of Gothenburg and 7 km from the next grocery. Simple kitchen inside and also outside. Toilet and shower is outside the mill in a separate house. Sunny location, hot tub, sauna with outside shower, sea view. Ten minutes walk to the sea. Roof hight on the first floor is very low about 170 cm. Stairs are steep. Spiders live in the mill. The WIFI works outdoors only. Sauna hottub and open fire inside the mill are by wood.
