Ms. Semiha and her family were very helpful. The house is close to the center of Alaçatı in a place with no parking problems very close to the markets. The pool is clean and comfortable because it is in a location that is not more visible than the surroundings. It's a very nice option for vacation with the family. Highly recommend. An absolute dream in Alacati! This villa was truly a highlight of our vacation! The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures – the large pool and the lovingly designed outdoor area invite you to relax from morning to evening. Everything is well maintained and high quality. The interiors are modern, tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances – perfect for cooking together for the whole family. In the evening we almost always ate outside, overlooking the pool – simply fantastic! The location is also unbeatable: in a few minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches in the area or in Alacati for strolling and eating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. We were more than satisfied, the location was not unknown to us and accordingly great. The villa was the same as in the pictures. Lars and Hümeyra were great hosts, we always got a quick response. A contact person was directly available for questions. I would always book the place again and 100% recommend it! We were 6th and all more than happy. The furnishings were mega.

It was a great experience for us to stay in this beautiful house during our holiday in Çeşme. The location of the house was in a very central and safe area, very comfortable in terms of transportation and surrounding facilities. Alacati is 7 minutes away from the bazaar by car. The order and cleanliness of the house was very good; there was a small problem with the cleaning at the first entrance, but Mr. Engin solved the situation very understandingly and quickly, and even made a gesture by giving us +1 day as a gift. We would also like to thank you for this approach and hospitality. Everything we needed was available at home: air conditioning, clean sheets and towels, kitchen equipment was complete. The interior was spacious and tastefully furnished, every detail necessary for a comfortable holiday was considered. Our host was very caring, solution-oriented and respectful. I can recommend it with peace of mind to those who want to stay in this house. I recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable and enjoyable stay in Çeşme.

Lovely character filled apartment in old town, sun drenched courtyard, very quiet despite being close to beautiful narrow streets filled with charming cafes, shops etc.

Ariettta is an excellent host, he greeted us when we first arrived and took us to the house and placed it. She always answered our questions very quickly. As for the house, it is a house beyond perfect. 10 minutes by car to the center. Highly recommend. If we go to the island of Chios again, we will stay there again.

Wow, the house is in a wonderful location and very quiet. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the garden invites you to linger. Communication worked very well and we were able to find the house quickly. In the village there are three restaurants serving typical Greek dishes. A car is necessary to get to the wonderful beaches on the west coast in 20 minutes.

Although we stayed for a short time, it was a house where we had a pleasant time. Its central location made it very convenient for us. It will be a house that we will easily prefer in our next visits due to the fact that there is nothing missing in the house and the interest of your host =)

Isavella helped us a lot with everything. If we did not contact Isavella, our stay would not have been so nice. The location of the house is perfect. You need a car, but you need a car for anyone who wants to visit the island. A house that is zero to the sea. The perfect beach and the sea. There is a grocery store right below and very nice restaurants within walking distance. 15 minutes by car if historical sightseeing. There may be an ant problem, so be careful what you eat in the kitchen, but they don't come to the clothes. The house was very clean. We were very satisfied with the hygiene of the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Isavella provided us with quick donus and gave us sightseeing advice on everything we asked about. If I come back, it was so nice that I would not leave the perfect beach Koma because I mostly visited the Sakiz Island. It's a perfect sea as soon as you leave the house. People are very helpful. There were balconies and pegs to hang wet clothes in the house. Isavella also provided shampoo and towels for us. There was air conditioning in the room, which was very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay there. The location of the house is right in the heart of the ancient Medieval village of Mesta. Tania and her son Vassili were very welcoming, always prompt in their responses and eager to assist. It felt like visiting a family member. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Isidoros’ lovely house in Armolia. As shown in the pictures, the house is a beautifully restored and decorated stone house, with a fully stocked modern kitchen and a very comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Beyond the house itself, highlights of this property are: 1) its location in the charming little town of Armolia, which is centrally located for accessing popular sights of the south (e.g. the towns of Pyrgi and Mesta, Mavra Volia beach, the Masticha museum etc.) and features a couple of great local restaurants, and 2) the host, Isidoros, who is extremely prompt and polite in all communications, and goes out of his way to be helpful—from leaving kind welcoming gifts, to accommodating last-minute changes when our scheduled ferry got cancelled. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

Vasiliki was very friendly, communicative from the first moment. The house was in a beautiful village, Kalamoti, in a central part of the island, which served excursions and tours. The house was spotless, contained exactly what it described and had several products in it that facilitated everyday life. It was also quiet. Although, it was quite warm this time, there were two fans working. I would recommend it and revisit it! Also, a beautiful atmosphere is created with the stone walls and vintage objects.

Angelika was very friendly and helpful. The house was as seen in pictures and immaculately clean. In addition to the coffee machine, coffee-water (liter of ready-made water) was available at home.
