Ein absoluter Traum in Alacati! Diese Villa war wirklich ein Highlight unseres Urlaubs! Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern – der große Pool und die liebevoll gestaltete Außenanlage laden von morgens bis abends zum Entspannen ein. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und hochwertig. Die Innenräume sind modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der voll ausgestatteten Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten – perfekt, um gemeinsam für die ganze Familie zu kochen. Abends haben wir fast immer draußen gegessen, mit Blick auf den Pool – einfach traumhaft! Auch die Lage ist unschlagbar: In wenigen Minuten ist man an den schönsten Stränden der Umgebung oder in Alacati zum Bummeln und Essen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder!

La villa était très propre et comme sur les photos les propriétaires sont soucieux de notre bien-être. Ils nous ont même conseillé pour faire des activités et trouver des bons restaurants. Je conseille fortement. La villa est très bien située, nous avons tout à proximité, il y a même un Carrefour à 100 m. Merci encore. À très vite, je reviendrai.

Konaklama gününe kadar Ferhat beyle iletişim halindeydik sorulara hızlı ve çözüm odaklı dönüşler sağladı. Konaklama yapacağımız gün Sebiha hanım ile tanıştık daha telefon konuşmasında bile samimi ve içten sesi içinizi rahatlatmaya yetiyor. Her şey o kadar mükemmeldi ki Çeşmede tekrar geleceğimiz bir evimiz oldu diyebilirim :) Her yer tertemiz pırıl pırıldı mis gibi temizlik kokuyordu :) Sebiha hanımın kahvaltımıza yaptığı jest çok ince düşünülmüştü. Evdeki her detay tek kelime ile kusursuzdu. Sebiha hanımın bizi yolcu ederken arkamızdan su dökmesi ve güzel dileklerde temennilerde bulunması çok güzel ve çok ince bir davranıştı. Ferhat bey ve annesi Sebiha hanıma her şey için tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden, die Lage war uns nicht unbekannt und dementsprechend toll. Die Villa war genauso wie auf den Bildern. Lars und Hümeyra waren super Gastgeber, wir haben immer schnell eine Rückmeldung bekommen. Bei Fragen stand eine Ansprechperson direkt zur Verfügung. Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen und auch zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Wir waren zu 6. und alle mehr als glücklich. Die Einrichtung war mega.

Ev sahibi ve çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Özellikle Mustafa Bey tatil boyunca bizlerle hep yakından ilgilendi ve tüm ihtiyaçlarımız için fazlasıyla yardımcı oldu. Ev çok rahat ve huzurluydu. Ayrıca yan dairelerde kalan komşularımız da çok sıcak kanlıydı şansımıza o yüzden tatilin her anı çok keyifli geçti. Artık Alaçatıda tatil yapacağım zaman konaklamak için ilk bakacağım yer Olea olacak. :)

Ariettta mükemmel bir ev sahibi, ilk geldiğimizde bizi karşıladı eve götürdü ve yerleştirdi . Her zaman sorularımızı çok çabuk cevapladı. Eve gelirsek mükemmel ötesi bir ev. Merkeze araba ile ulaşım 10 dk. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Sakız adasına tekrar gidersek yine orada kalırız.

Incredible apartment everything was exactly as description. The apartment is in an excellent location I recommend it for anyone who wants to go on vacation and be close to the center and the port. The room was very clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and she helped us with everything we needed!!!

We had a wonderful stay there. The location of the house is right in the heart of the ancient Medieval village of Mesta. Tania and her son Vassili were very welcoming, always prompt in their responses and eager to assist. It felt like visiting a family member. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality!

Biz evi çok temiz modern ve altyapısı tamamen yeterli bulduk. Bulunduğu köy huzur dolu sessiz ve geleneksel özelliklerini koruyan bir ada köyüydü ve sahilinde gem denize girdik hem de güzel yemekler yedik. Nostaljikti. Adada gezilecek tüm yerlere nerdeyse eşit mesafede bir konumdaydı. Ancak mutlaka ev sahibimizin her an ve her şekilde bize samimiyetle yardımcı olması ise paha biçilemezdi. Çok istediğimiz restoran için bize rezervasyon için bile yardımcı oldu. Yine adata has ürünler evde bizim için süpriz olarak bırakılmıştı ve ilk günkü içme suyumuz bile dolapta hazırdı. Eve gayet kolay bir giriş deneyimi yaşadık.Her türlü konuda sıcak bir iletişim içindeydi. Bir yakınımızın evinde gibiydik. Chios’daki evimiz belli artık. Çok güzel vakit geçirdik ve mutlu ayrıldık.çok teşekkürler .❤️

Öncelikle Tuğçe hanıma teşekkür ederiz, çok ilgili ve misafirperver birisi, lokal önerilerde bulundu ve bizimle sürekli iletişim halindeydi. Konumu çok merkezi, town bölgesinde her yere rahatlıkla yürüme mesafesindeydi, ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu, konaklamamızdan mennun kaldık hatta tatilimiz sırasında karşılaştığımız bir çifte kendisinin air bnb konutlarını önerdik😊

Kısa bir süre konaklamış olmamıza rağmen keyifli vakit geçirdiğimiz bir ev oldu. Merkezi bir konumda olması bize oldukça kolaylık sağladı. Evde hiçbir eksik olmaması ve ev sahibiminiz ilgisi nedeniyle sonraki ziyaretlerimizde de rahatlıkla tercih edeceğimiz bir ev olacaktır=)

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's place. The house had everything we needed, including a BBQ, and it was such a pleasure to spend time in the lovely garden. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, perfect for relaxing. Both Maria and Nikos were incredibly kind and welcoming. Nikos even took us to watch the rocket war, which was such a unique and memorable experience. He also shared some of his homemade cheese with us, which was absolutely delicious. We’re really grateful for their warmth and hospitality. Thank you again, Maria and Nikos, for making our stay so special! We will definetely visit your place again.

Araba gerekiyor ama adayi gezmek isteyen herkes icin araba gerekiyor. Denize sifir bir ev. Mukemmel bir sahil ve deniz. Hemen altta market var ve cok guzel restoranlar yurume mesafesinde. Tarihi gezilecek yerlerse arabayla 15 dakika. Karinca sorunu olabiliyor o yuzden mutfakta yediklerinize dikkat edin ama kiyafetlere gelmiyorlar. Ev cok temizdi. Banyo mutfak ve yatak odasinin hijyeninden cok memnun kaldik. İsavella sordugumuz her konuda bize hizli donus sagladi ve gezme tavsiyesi verdi. Tekrar gelirsem Sakiz Adasini cogunlukla gezdigim icin mukemmel plajli Komiden ayrilmam, o kadar guzeldi ki. Evden cikar cikmaz mukemmel bir deniz. İnsanlar cok yardimsever. Evde islak kiyafetleri asmak icin balkon ve mandallar vardi. İsavella bizim icin sampuan ve havlu da koymustu. Odada klima vardi bu cok buyuk bir rahatlik sagladi. İsavella’yla iyi ki tanismisiz

Dimitri was a fantastic host. The house is way better than pictures showed. Very happy to enjoy our time in Chios in their home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Isidoros’ lovely house in Armolia. As shown in the pictures, the house is a beautifully restored and decorated stone house, with a fully stocked modern kitchen and a very comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Beyond the house itself, highlights of this property are: 1) its location in the charming little town of Armolia, which is centrally located for accessing popular sights of the south (e.g. the towns of Pyrgi and Mesta, Mavra Volia beach, the Masticha museum etc.) and features a couple of great local restaurants, and 2) the host, Isidoros, who is extremely prompt and polite in all communications, and goes out of his way to be helpful—from leaving kind welcoming gifts, to accommodating last-minute changes when our scheduled ferry got cancelled. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

Η Βασιλικη ηταν πολυ φιλικη, επικοινωνιακη απο την πρωτη στιγμη. Το σπιτι ηταν σε ενα ομορφο χωριο, την Καλαμωτη, σε κεντρικο σημειο του νησιου, που εξυπηρετουσε εκδρομες και περιηγησεις. Το σπιτι ηταν πεντακαθαρο, περιειχε οτι ακριβως περιεγραφε και ειχε μεσα αρκετα προιοντα που διευκολυναν την καθημερινοτητα. Επισης ειχε ησυχια. Παροτι, ειχε αρκετη ζεστη εκεινη την περιοδο, λειτουργουσαν δυο ανεμιστηρες. Θα το προτεινα και θα το ξαναεπισκεπτομουν! Επισης, δημιουργείται μια ομορφη ατμοσφαιρα με τους πετρινους τοιχους και τα vintage αντικειμενα.

Katarraktis is a quite and peaceful small town with lovely restaurants. Worth staying there... House has a wonderful location with also a wonderful view. Δημητριος was extremely helpful and kind. Very quick response with specific directions in case you require help. Had a delicious, peaceful and lovely time there.

It was such a delightful experience. Location of the place is great on such a peaceful bay with clear water and calm beach. The house is next to a good restaurant where you can find fresh and delicious food. And you can also arrive to Komi Beach in a couple minutes by driving. The best part of our stay was it felt like we had a private beach which is a good privilege. Virginia was so helpful whenever we needed something. The house has everything you can need. We hope to come back next year..
