An absolute dream in Alacati! This villa was truly a highlight of our vacation! The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures – the large pool and the lovingly designed outdoor area invite you to relax from morning to evening. Everything is well maintained and high quality. The interiors are modern, tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances – perfect for cooking together for the whole family. In the evening we almost always ate outside, overlooking the pool – simply fantastic! The location is also unbeatable: in a few minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches in the area or in Alacati for strolling and eating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. We were in contact with Mr. Ferhat until the day of accommodation, and he provided quick and solution-oriented answers to the questions. We met Ms. Sebiha on the day of our stay, and even in the phone conversation, her sincere and warm voice is enough to put you at ease. Everything was so perfect that I can say that we had a home in Çeşme that we will come back to :) Everywhere was sparkling clean and smelled like cleanliness :) Ms. Sebiha's gesture for our breakfast was very thoughtful. Every detail in the house was perfect in one word. It was a very nice and very subtle behavior of Mrs. Sebiha to pour water behind us and make good wishes while sending us off. We would like to thank Mr. Ferhat and his mother, Ms. Sebiha, for everything.

We were more than satisfied, the location was not unknown to us and accordingly great. The villa was the same as in the pictures. Lars and Hümeyra were great hosts, we always got a quick response. A contact person was directly available for questions. I would always book the place again and 100% recommend it! We were 6th and all more than happy. The furnishings were mega.

Host and employees were very interested. Especially Mustafa Bey took care of us closely during the holiday and helped us a lot for all our needs. The house was very comfortable and peaceful. Also, our neighbors in the apartments next door were very friendly, so we had a very enjoyable holiday. Now, when I go on holiday in Alaçatı, the first place I will look for accommodation will be Olea. :)

Ariettta is an excellent host, he greeted us when we first arrived and took us to the house and placed it. She always answered our questions very quickly. As for the house, it is a house beyond perfect. 10 minutes by car to the center. Highly recommend. If we go to the island of Chios again, we will stay there again.

Incredible apartment everything was exactly as description. The apartment is in an excellent location I recommend it for anyone who wants to go on vacation and be close to the center and the port. The room was very clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and she helped us with everything we needed!!!

The location was very central, within walking distance to everywhere in the town area, we had everything we needed, we were pleased with our stay and even recommended a couple we met during our holiday to their air bnb residences😊

Although we stayed for a short time, it was a house where we had a pleasant time. Its central location made it very convenient for us. It will be a house that we will easily prefer in our next visits due to the fact that there is nothing missing in the house and the interest of your host =)

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's place. The house had everything we needed, including a BBQ, and it was such a pleasure to spend time in the lovely garden. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, perfect for relaxing. Both Maria and Nikos were incredibly kind and welcoming. Nikos even took us to watch the rocket war, which was such a unique and memorable experience. He also shared some of his homemade cheese with us, which was absolutely delicious. We’re really grateful for their warmth and hospitality. Thank you again, Maria and Nikos, for making our stay so special! We will definetely visit your place again.

Isavella helped us a lot with everything. If we did not contact Isavella, our stay would not have been so nice. The location of the house is perfect. You need a car, but you need a car for anyone who wants to visit the island. A house that is zero to the sea. The perfect beach and the sea. There is a grocery store right below and very nice restaurants within walking distance. 15 minutes by car if historical sightseeing. There may be an ant problem, so be careful what you eat in the kitchen, but they don't come to the clothes. The house was very clean. We were very satisfied with the hygiene of the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Isavella provided us with quick donus and gave us sightseeing advice on everything we asked about. If I come back, it was so nice that I would not leave the perfect beach Koma because I mostly visited the Sakiz Island. It's a perfect sea as soon as you leave the house. People are very helpful. There were balconies and pegs to hang wet clothes in the house. Isavella also provided shampoo and towels for us. There was air conditioning in the room, which was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Isidoros’ lovely house in Armolia. As shown in the pictures, the house is a beautifully restored and decorated stone house, with a fully stocked modern kitchen and a very comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Beyond the house itself, highlights of this property are: 1) its location in the charming little town of Armolia, which is centrally located for accessing popular sights of the south (e.g. the towns of Pyrgi and Mesta, Mavra Volia beach, the Masticha museum etc.) and features a couple of great local restaurants, and 2) the host, Isidoros, who is extremely prompt and polite in all communications, and goes out of his way to be helpful—from leaving kind welcoming gifts, to accommodating last-minute changes when our scheduled ferry got cancelled. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

Vasiliki was very friendly, communicative from the first moment. The house was in a beautiful village, Kalamoti, in a central part of the island, which served excursions and tours. The house was spotless, contained exactly what it described and had several products in it that facilitated everyday life. It was also quiet. Although, it was quite warm this time, there were two fans working. I would recommend it and revisit it! Also, a beautiful atmosphere is created with the stone walls and vintage objects.

Katarraktis is a quite and peaceful small town with lovely restaurants. Worth staying there... House has a wonderful location with also a wonderful view. Δημητριος was extremely helpful and kind. Very quick response with specific directions in case you require help. Had a delicious, peaceful and lovely time there.

It was such a delightful experience. Location of the place is great on such a peaceful bay with clear water and calm beach. The house is next to a good restaurant where you can find fresh and delicious food. And you can also arrive to Komi Beach in a couple minutes by driving. The best part of our stay was it felt like we had a private beach which is a good privilege. Virginia was so helpful whenever we needed something. The house has everything you can need. We hope to come back next year..
