Ariettta is an excellent host, he greeted us when we first arrived and took us to the house and placed it. She always answered our questions very quickly. As for the house, it is a house beyond perfect. 10 minutes by car to the center. Highly recommend. If we go to the island of Chios again, we will stay there again.

Incredible apartment everything was exactly as description. The apartment is in an excellent location I recommend it for anyone who wants to go on vacation and be close to the center and the port. The room was very clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and she helped us with everything we needed!!!

The communication with the host was excellent. We were able to check in early and check out later than mentioned. The host was very friendly and answered all of our questions immediately. The house is very very cute and as shown in the photos. The location is super peaceful with very nice garden area and amazing view ! The house is small but very neat. It has everything you need. The village around has two restaurants (that we saw) but no shops so be prepared and do your shopping in the centre of Chios. You definitely need a car as there is no transportation (we didnt see anthing) but there are very beautiful beaches on the west side of the island which are 15-20 min drive away from the house. The parking was also very easy, the restaurant just next to the house has a free parking area. Overall it was a very pleasant stay! We enjoyed it very very much and thinking of coming back later on again! Thank you for the hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's place. The house had everything we needed, including a BBQ, and it was such a pleasure to spend time in the lovely garden. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, perfect for relaxing. Both Maria and Nikos were incredibly kind and welcoming. Nikos even took us to watch the rocket war, which was such a unique and memorable experience. He also shared some of his homemade cheese with us, which was absolutely delicious. We’re really grateful for their warmth and hospitality. Thank you again, Maria and Nikos, for making our stay so special! We will definetely visit your place again.

Best place we have ever booked on rbnb. Well-maintained,clean and very spacious. Maria always helped when we had questions. She provided pastries and juice for us. Katarraktis is a lovely,quiet village with absolutely friendly people. I can highly recommend Anasthasios' apartment!

It was definitely a very nice and sweet place. It was very close to the center on foot and transportation was very easy in general. The place we stayed was very clean and there were small treats everywhere, everything was very thoughtful and very sweet. Even if we were missing something, we could find it on Airbnb. I definitely recommend it to those who will go.

Maria’s house is located in the heart of Volissos on a very cute square under the castle. The apartment is spacious, clean and renovated with taste. The balcony and common pool in the backyard were a real plus in summer ! We loved our week there, special thanks to the housekeeper who welcomed us warmly and did an amazing job : the house was spotless, cleaned every day.

Our stay at Kyriakos’ place was a great choice for our family of two. The place is more than enough for 2 people and it is walkable almost in minutes to Chios city centre. Kyriakos was always responsive and he even helped us to check in early even it was a last minute communication from our side. The building is one of the mostly renowed one in the neighborhood, I believe. The place has most of the amenities that you could need during your stay. Efharisto Kyriakos for your lovely hosting!

I traveled with my wife and 1.5-year-old child. The entrance and interior were suitable for us. The garden was pleasant. It was within walking distance to the center and the needs. It was located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was adequately furnished. The high chair and crib we wanted for the baby were in place.

The host is very hospitable and the staff are very caring and friendly. It is located a little away from the crowd of the bazaar and the sea view attracts people. We had a very pleasant time in the pool at the hotel. The host is ready to help with anything. I would definitely recommend it. If we ever go to Çeşme again, this is definitely where I will stay.

Expectations were more than met. The location is perfect (right on the Chios Fortress, close to the harbor) to explore the town of Chios, which has some very good restaurants and bars, on foot. The apartment itself is brand new furnished with high quality branded products. In addition, from coffee to milk & water, everything is there for a good start. The hostess is also very friendly and flexible, easily accessible, and very helpful. A very clear recommendation! Also for families (we: two adults, two children), as there are two beds in a separate room. Glad to come back!

it was a lovely holiday, the house is really close to city center and easy to find parking place near to the house. the owner helps a lot to us and have so many good recommendations about the island, places and beaches.
