Ariettta mükemmel bir ev sahibi, ilk geldiğimizde bizi karşıladı eve götürdü ve yerleştirdi . Her zaman sorularımızı çok çabuk cevapladı. Eve gelirsek mükemmel ötesi bir ev. Merkeze araba ile ulaşım 10 dk. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Sakız adasına tekrar gidersek yine orada kalırız.

This place was absolutely spotless. Private parking was a plus. Communication with Issidoros was fantastic. Rodope went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We are touched by your kindness and hospitality, you made our visit extraordinary, thank you!

The communication with the host was excellent. We were able to check in early and check out later than mentioned. The host was very friendly and answered all of our questions immediately. The house is very very cute and as shown in the photos. The location is super peaceful with very nice garden area and amazing view ! The house is small but very neat. It has everything you need. The village around has two restaurants (that we saw) but no shops so be prepared and do your shopping in the centre of Chios. You definitely need a car as there is no transportation (we didnt see anthing) but there are very beautiful beaches on the west side of the island which are 15-20 min drive away from the house. The parking was also very easy, the restaurant just next to the house has a free parking area. Overall it was a very pleasant stay! We enjoyed it very very much and thinking of coming back later on again! Thank you for the hospitality!

Dear Gülay, Thank you for the wonderful arrangements that you made in your home to receive us and made sure that we weren't inconvinced in any manner.  Every corner of the house is so attractive and likeable expecially the coastal blue inspired colour palatte, which soothes your senses. We had a wonderful stay at Maria's place. The house had everything we needed, including a BBQ, and it was such a pleasure to spend time in the lovely garden. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, perfect for relaxing. Both Maria and Nikos were incredibly kind and welcoming. Nikos even took us to watch the rocket war, which was such a unique and memorable experience. He also shared some of his homemade cheese with us, which was absolutely delicious. We’re really grateful for their warmth and hospitality. Thank you again, Maria and Nikos, for making our stay so special! We will definetely visit your place again.

Beste Unterkunft,die wir jemals bei rbnb gebucht haben.Gepflegt,sauber und sehr geräumig.Maria hat immer geholfen ,wenn wir Fragen hatten.Sie hat Gebäck und Saft für uns bereitgestellt. Katarraktis ist ein schönes,ruhiges Dorf mit absolut freundlichen Menschen. Ich kann die Wohnung von Anasthasios sehr weiter empfehlen!

Kesinlikle çok güzel ve tatlı bir yerdi. Merkeze yürüyerek çok yakındı ve ulaşım genel çok kolaydı. Kaldığımız yer çok temizdi ve her yerde küçük ikramlar vardı her şey çok ince düşünülmüş ve çok tatlıydı. Bir eksiğimiz olsa bile airbnbnin içinde bulmamız mümkünündü. Gideceklere kesinlikle tavsiyemdir kesinlikle öneririm.

ev çok güzel dekore edilmiş, sakin bir köy de ve sessiz bir koy da yer alıyor. evin önünden bile denize girebiliyorsunuz. hemen yanında yine adanın en iyi restorantlarından biri yer alıyor. kesinlikle konaklama için tekrar gelebileceğimiz güzellikte ve özelliklerde bir ev. Ev sahiplerimiz Kostis ve Ioanna da çok sıcak dost canlısı insanlar. Güzel tavsiye verdiler ve ada da zaman daha güzel geçti.

Maria’s house is located in the heart of Volissos on a very cute square under the castle. The apartment is spacious, clean and renovated with taste. The balcony and common pool in the backyard were a real plus in summer ! We loved our week there, special thanks to the housekeeper who welcomed us warmly and did an amazing job : the house was spotless, cleaned every day.

Ev harikaydı! Temiz, düzenli ve tam da fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Konumu oldukça merkezi ve her yere ulaşım çok rahattı. Εκπληκτικό το δωμάτιο, εύκολο να το βρεις, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, ήσυχο, πεντακάθαρο, με όλες τις ανέσεις! Ο δε Κωνσταντίνος άψογος, φιλικός, εξυπηρετικός, πολύ φιλόξενος, άριστος άνθρωπος, οικείος και απόλυτα εξυπηρετικός!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Κωνσταντίνε!!

Our stay at Kyriakos’ place was a great choice for our family of two. The place is more than enough for 2 people and it is walkable almost in minutes to Chios city centre. Kyriakos was always responsive and he even helped us to check in early even it was a last minute communication from our side. The building is one of the mostly renowed one in the neighborhood, I believe. The place has most of the amenities that you could need during your stay. Efharisto Kyriakos for your lovely hosting!

Eşim ve 1.5 yaşındaki çocuk ile seyahat yaptık. Giriş ve iç alan bizim için uygundu. Bahçesi keyifli idi. Merkeze ve ihtiyaçlara yürüme mesafesinde idi. Sakin bir muhitte yer alıyordu. Evin eşyaları yeterli seviyede idi. Bebek için istediğimiz mama sandalyesi ve beşik yerinde idi.

Ev sahibi çok misafirperver ve çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Konum olarak çarşı kalabalığından biraz uzakta ve deniz manzarası insanı cezbediyor. Otelde bulunan havuzda çok keyifli zaman geçirdik. Ev sahibi her konuda hemen yardımcı olmaya hazır. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Yolumuz bir daha Çeşme'ye düşerse kesinlikle kalacağım yer.

Nikos ve eşi ilgili, sıcakkanlı ve güleryüzlüydü. Kendimizi evimizdeki kadar huzurlu hissettik. Ev merkeze yürüme mesafesindeydi. ihtiyacımız olan her şeyin olduğu 2 kişilik hoş manzaralı güzel ve temiz bir evde konaklama şansımız oldu. çok teşekkür ederiz 😊

Thannis muhteşem nir ev sahibi ev mükemmel konumda ve çok büyük her odanın balkonu olması ve büyük bir terası olması çok güzeldi thannis bize gidilecek ve yemek yenilecek yerler hakkında bilgi verdi hatta bizim için rezervasyon bile yaptırdı Her şey için teşekkür ederiz Thannis en kısa zamanda tekrar ziyarete geleceğiz

Die Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Die Lage ist perfekt (direkt an der Festung Chios, in Nähe zum Hafen gelegen), um die Stadt Chios, die teils sehr guten Restaurants und Bars zu bieten hat, zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Wohnung selbst ist brandneu eingerichtet mit hochwertigen Markenprodukten. Zudem - von Kaffee bis Milch&Wasser - alles da für einen guten Start. Die Gastgeberin ist zudem sehr freundlich und flexibel, gut erreichbar, und sehr hilfsbereit. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung! Auch für Familien (Wir: zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder), da in einem separaten Zimmer zwei Betten stehen. Gerne wieder!

it was a lovely holiday, the house is really close to city center and easy to find parking place near to the house. the owner helps a lot to us and have so many good recommendations about the island, places and beaches.

Ev şehrin merkezinde temiz ve çok konforluydu. Ev sahibimiz aileye çok teşekkür ederiz her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Dairenin iki odası var 4 kişi çok rahat konakladık akşam balkonda oturup vakit de geçirdik. Adanın ruhunu yansıtan bir evdi. Giriş çıkış saatlerinde yardımcı oldular. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilir.

Ev son derece merkezi, alışveriş caddesine, sahile ve restaurantlara çok yakındı. Tertemizdi ev, mutfakta her türlü ihtiyacımızı karşılayabileceğimiz imkanlar vardı. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadık, ev nezih bir yerdeydi. Ev sahibimiz Tuğçe hanım her ayrıntıyı düşünen, son derece ilgili ve cana yakın bir insan. Tatilimizi keyifle geçirmemize vesile olduğu için kendisine teşekkür ederiz. Sakız a geleceklere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim ev sahibemizi ve sağladığı konforlu evleri...

Herşey çok güzeldi. Keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Çıkış saati konusunda gösterdiği anlayış için çok teşekkür ederiz 🥰 evde kahve makinesi vardı ama kettle olsa daha mutlu olurduk….
