Nostalgic and cozy living room with a unique location

The historic house shows the year 1773 painted on the walls. The house was originally located in the village's cluster and was bombed during World War II. When the farm's operating building was constructed, the remnants of the house were set up as a living room next to the barn and today it appears as an intimate and cozy little house with a lot of history and soul. All facilities are, of course, completely modern. The residence in the middle of the valley, down towards the fjord and innermost in Høgsfjorden, gives an unforgettable holiday in this old living room.

House with 3 floors, Two bedrooms upstairs and one in furnished basement. There is a bathroom on the ground floor and in the basement. Kitchen and living room in one, with lovely views and two verandas. The house is located in a very peaceful area on our farm, at the end of a road. Here you can lower your shoulders and leave time still. There is nice hiking terrain just outside your doorstep. You can walk on trails in the field, or take the car to popular destinations in the area such as the Pulpit Rock, Kjerag, Jærstrendene, Kongeparken, Sandnes and Stavanger.

New holiday home with high standard-modern, spacious and comfortable with panoramic views of the mighty mountains and Giljastølsvatnet. Nice hiking terrain for all seasons with lots of hiking trails. Good starting point for day trips to Månafossen,Pulpit rock,Lysefjorden/-botn,Kjerag,Jærstrendene, Byrkjedalstunet,Gloppedalsura. Short way to Kongeparken,Stavanger and Sandnes. Fishing and bathing facilities. The house is 400 meters above sea level with ski tracks and trails in the winter. The house is well suited for 2 families who want to vacation together.

Child-friendly home Stavanger by Kongeparken Ålgård

End row house with cozy backyard/garden. Charcoal grill available. The house is located in a construction field called Solbakkane, in the immediate vicinity of the Royal Park and Ålgård city center. Great hiking area just across the construction field, with marked hiking trails. Carport plus several parking spaces in the yard. Norwegian Outlet is located in downtown Ålgård, as well as swimming areas (Perl and Kanalparken). Ålgård also has good restaurants and cafes, Preikestolen is an hour drive away. Stavanger 25 minutes. Jærstrendene 20 min.

Perfect location to explore the fjords with The Pulpit rock and Kjerag in Lysefjorden, and a lot of other hiking and walking opportunities. In Ålgård Centre is located the shopping center Norwegian Outlet and the amusement park Kongeparken. You can explore the town Stavanger or the North Sea with lovely beaches 25 minutes away. In the winter one can visit the ski resorts in the mountains 1 hour away with car.

Spacious living room, kitchen and dining area. A balcony with a great view and sun from morning to late evening and a large terrace with morning sun. A small garden and a playground right outside. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.
