We are just 5 mins by car to Asker downtown and train station, 15-20 mins by car to Oslo and 20-30 mins by public transportation (bus + train) to Oslo city center (#Aker Brygge). We live near the sea with around 15-20 mins walk to Hvalstrand or Spirabukta. Great opportunity for outdoor hikes right from our doorstep! Perfect for couples or solo business travellers!

Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet. Huset ligger ved vannet med brygge og badeplass. Det er også gode tur muligheter i området. Matbutikk og delikatesse på øya, flere kjøpe sentre i nærheten og god transport til Oslo Sentrum. Huset består av to soverom med dobbeltsenger, to soverom med to senger i hvert rom, og TV-rom med sovesofa for to, så totalt sengeplass for 10 personer.

Ny 50 m2 hybel med minikjøkken. (uten vask) Kort vei til sjøen og badestrand. 3 min til buss som går til Sandvika hvor man får tog til sentrum og Gardermoen. Light and nice apartment, 50 m2. Lovely surroundings! Perfect place for hiking and relaxing. Private entrance. 12 min walk to bus stop, 23 min bus ride to Oslo. 4 km to Sandvika, 8 km to Asker. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Sea view, a few meters to jetty and beach. Can rent single/double kayak, bikes and fishing gear.

The house is so clean and so cosy. Feeling like you travel to your own village. The host and her son are so friendly. The host allowed us to cook and celebrate Eid. We eat together with his eldest son. And become friends. The best part of this house is you can see fjord around this house by drone. 🥰

Kaja hosted us in our home when we were going through a tough time. We had a very comfortable stay in our brand new house. It had all the facilities that we could think off. Our kids love it and we are always grateful to her and Torbjorn to make the place available for us in a short notice. We would highly recommend if someone would like to escape the city life. The views from the property were mesmerizing and I think anyone renting this property would have a great time.

Vi leide hytta til Christin for å feire min 40års dag med nær familie og venner. Christin var super vennlig, proaktiv og på tilbudssiden. Før vi rakk å tenke på det fikk vi nøyaktige instruksjoner og tilbud om å låne sykkel, kano, vester og båt. Vi følte oss som hjemme og det kunne ikke vært bedre! Rent, koselig, mye å finne på og en meget god vert!

We were extremely impressed with the property. After an initial walkaround my husband was very complimentary about the fixtures and fittings, although wondered about the amount of space available. I then pointed out to him that there was an entire downstairs he hadn't looked around yet... a huge playroom area, a cellar, another bedroom, bathroom and laundry facilities. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to others, and when we return to the area will definitely be checking availability!

We had a fantastic stay in the idyllic surroundings of beautiful Vollen! The home was perfect for both work and relaxation, with wide views of the sea and the marina. We truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the close connection to nature. Everything was set up for a stress-free and comfortable stay – a big thank you to Truls, who was a wonderful host and made sure everything worked smoothly from start to finish. Fast and stable internet made it easy to work efficiently, and all the practical details were thoughtfully in place. Private parking right by the house was also a big plus and made logistics simple. In addition, options for public transport was easily accessible, a short walk to the bus or an efficient boat service directly from Vollen to Aker Brygge in Oslo – practical and enjoyable. Thank you for a lovely place and a great experience – we’d be happy to return!

We had a lovely stay at this place. The house was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and couch. The view was absolutely incredible, we got to see the fjord right from the property, which was a real highlight. Anna Sofie was very kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place!
