The ski resorts of Spieljoch, Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and the Zillertal Arena are just a few km from our house and can be reached by car!

This modern and generously furnished chalet for 16 people has a unique location on the Silberleiten residential complex in Hochkrimml, directly on the piste, with a sauna and with a view of Königsleiten and the magnificent mountain peaks! From the living area you have access to the sunny terrace. The cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a wonderful place to relax. The house has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms are spread over 4 floors.

The central location distinguishes the property. You can park the car in the underground garage (2 parking spaces in a row) and do the rest of the vacation on foot.

In hoogseizoen alleen zaterdag - zaterdag / andere aankomst en vertrekdagen op aanvraag. Super fijn appartement op de begane grond op maar 3 minuten van de piste. Met twee grote slaapkamers met badkamer en een kamer met stapelbed (3 personen) én een zonnig terras met tuin. Met de Zillertal Arena pas kan je vanuit Konigsleiten direct naar Krimml, Gerlos en Zell am Ziller skiën. Het drop zelf ligt op 1600 meter, waardoor het (bijna) altijd wit is in de winter

Hölzlbauer Top 2

The Hölzlbauer guest house is in a quiet location at approx. 1700 meters above sea level and is the perfect starting point whether in winter or summer. Just a few meters away is the new Duxer X-Press, which allows easy access to the Zillerta Arena in winter. In summer for hiking or mountain bike tours in the Hohe Tauern National Park. The nearest place to shop can be reached by car in a short time (in winter there is a Spar supermarket at the lift station).

Apartment on the Alm in Hochkrimml

Summer on the Alm! The apartment is located at an altitude of 1650 m on the Gerlos plateau. Two parking spaces are available for you right outside the door. The house comprises two apartments with separate entrances. The living space of the garden apartment is 75 square meters with 2 bedrooms, individually and cozily furnished. A traditionally paneled living room with a glazed bay window. The sheltered south terrace is particularly beautiful.
