Neevia's property is well furnished, functional, well located, and well insulated from the general chaos of Bombay. What stood out to me was how comfortable the mattresses were and how easy it was to create the blackout environment crucial for good sleep. The solid air conditioners helped in this regard as well. The place was extremely clean and tidy when we entered and Neevia had generously stocked the kitchen with some essentials. Plenty of cookware and serveware too. As a host, Neevia was professional and prompt to respond. I would love to stay here when I visit the city again.

There are two maids, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. They wash the dishes and tidy up. The one flaw is the mattresses are very firm compared to the usa. Good view, good neighborhood the society security keeps it feeling safe. If you need soap or detergent or trash bags just ask. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Around the corner is a good inexpensive vegetable market. fresh juice, chai, and vada pav. I used the hdfc atm at the destination center by the traffic circle to get rupees.

Sumeet was an amazing host and the unit was a very cosy place. Loved the decor and the service. I had reached early and Sumeet tried his best to provide me a place to freshen up until my room was ready. 100% recommended. Will definitely book this again!!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The house was even more beautiful than the pictures — thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and Rohinton's attention to detail shows throughout. The location is fantastic, tucked in the most vibrant yet peaceful and private part of Bandra. Above all, Rohinton was warm, gracious, and attentive throughout. We’d love to return!

Very well maintained and amazing property. The Hall room and bedrooms are well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The Kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, crockery etc It also had plenty of food stuff like tea sugar oil rice papad and much more … There was also a welcome basket of chips, cookies and soft drinks in the house. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are excellent, which made my stay even more pleasant. The location is also a plus—easily accessible and well-connected to key areas. Jinal was very quick in response and communication. Checkinn was very smooth. We had a wonderful experience at Jinal’s house. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay! Will definitely visit again. Special thanks to Jinal for her hospitality.

I had an amazing stay at this place. The location is perfect with plenty of good food options nearby, and ordering from Zomato or Instamart was super easy and quick. The highlight of the property is definitely the open terrace which has such a great vibe, perfect for relaxing or spending quiet time. ❤️ The host, Parajsi, was absolutely wonderful. Very pretty place!!!

This was my first Air bnb, and I'm happy that it turned out to be the Best. Great place, Clean property, well maintained, Clean Bathrooms, just got everything you need. It was a Feel Good place, just book and chill. Perfect Homestay, Roshan Good Chap, helpfully fellow. Things that can be improved upon. 1. Room Cleanings can be made daily (Currently alternate days) 2. Location given on the App is wrong. That's it. Overall it was worth the money spent, thumbs up 5star. Always recommend it for families.

First of all,,, the place is exact what you find in the pictures.. you get all the necessary amenities in the stay. Dharmendra has kept it the best way guest will love it.. food is easily available nearby, the place is very close to the highway so it’s dam convenient to travel anywhere. Host Dharmendra is the best person I ever found of Airbnb. Very co operative and there to adjust all the things you need. I will highly recommend you the place for the best cosy stay…..

clean and peaceful home

Our two days stay at Yogesh's place was our first Airbnb stay and it was perfect. The flat is spacious, squeaky clean and all the big and small convenience items were provided. The kitchen had microwave oven, opal glass plates, steel utensils, gas stove, water filter etc. The host had thoughtfully provided packets of Maggi noodles and Good Day biscuits, instant coffee sachets . Even tea and sugar was in the store and one milk packet in the fridge. The bedrooms were very comfortable . The living room and all the bedrooms have golf course view and the view from the balcony attached to the living room is simply stunning. This unit is in a tower which is just 1 minute walk distance from the clubhouse which has a veg restaurant called Edgewood where we had excellent dinner. Overall our stay was very relaxing, comfortable and we would definitely come here again at the next opportunity.

I loved how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of work. The amenities were top-notch. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking a breeze, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. What really set this experience apart was the host Dipti went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Nicely maintained place to stay in Siolim as described in the listing and shown in the image. I stayed with my wife and parents. Nearest super market is ~2km and main market is ~5km. Nearest beach is Vagator beach which is ~9.6km from the place. We stayed here for 3D/2N, and visited beaches in North goa (Baga, Vagator, Morjim, Aswem, Arambol etc.). Kitchen items were also in good state and water purifier aqua guard was great. We parked our car (Creta) outside main security gate and was safe. Parking inside apartment is for hatchback cars and can be parked inside apartment.
