Holiday rentals with a sauna in Konkan Division

The Manor on the 20th floor ensures great views. House is well kept and has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The hosts were quick to respond for all the requests w.r.t approvals. Interiors are well done, comfy and aesthetic. I definitely recommend this place for staycation or vacation.

Excellent Host and Airbnb experience

Loved the place! Hosts replied in a flash and solved anything before it became a problem. The place is super cozy - warm lights, quirky art, clever layout, and big windows with awesome views. Kitchen is over-stocked: water bottles, milk, snacks, plus every appliance you can think of. Extra gear like hair-dryer and iron came in handy. Bed faces a giant smart TV, so you can binge without moving an inch. Location is spot-on: close to everything yet peaceful. If you want comfort, style and zero hassles, book this place - I'll be back in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was tucked away from the city hustle, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. The apartment was well-maintained, with all the basic kitchen essentials provided, which made our stay very convenient. Housekeeping was timely and efficient throughout. The stay was beautiful, there are so many amenities in lodha upper thane that you'll never be bored. The check in and check out smooth, requiring minimal communication with the host. the house has immaculate views and was quite clean. But apart from that no complaints! Rushina was very understanding and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Our two days stay at Yogesh's place was our first Airbnb stay and it was perfect. The flat is spacious, squeaky clean and all the big and small convenience items were provided. The kitchen had microwave oven, opal glass plates, steel utensils, gas stove, water filter etc. The host had thoughtfully provided packets of Maggi noodles and Good Day biscuits, instant coffee sachets . Even tea and sugar was in the store and one milk packet in the fridge. The bedrooms were very comfortable . The living room and all the bedrooms have golf course view and the view from the balcony attached to the living room is simply stunning. This unit is in a tower which is just 1 minute walk distance from the clubhouse which has a veg restaurant called Edgewood where we had excellent dinner. Overall our stay was very relaxing, comfortable and we would definitely come here again at the next opportunity.

This stay was exactly what we were looking for. While it is a drive into the heart of Pune, if you’re staying on the grounds it has all you need. The bedrooms are spacious with nice bathrooms. The living and kitchen area are open with tons of light. Kishan and the team were extremely accommodating and flexible with the needs of me and my family. I would absolutely stay here again. Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

Great place for a getaway. Accessibility to the main city was little tedious but overall had a lot of fun. Looking forward !

We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

Perfect Place for spending peaceful time. Apartment has all the facilities. Host is responsive and very helpful. Apartment is very clean and tidy. Daily cleaning is done.
