Although place is managed remotely with help of care take the host in proactive to ensure comfortable stay. Place is neat ,clean and calm.

The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner ensured everything was perfect, and the caretaker cooked a delicious dinner for us. I’ll highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The atmosphere was serene and the food was simple yet satisfying. I especially loved the spacious living/activity area with its elegant wooden flooring. Atul's place exudes an unpretentious charm, making it a perfect escape. I would gladly return for another peaceful stay.

Well, we stayed here for 2 nights and the place is amazing just as described in the photos. It's just a min or two walk to beach just little hindrance due to broken stairs at beach. But very very close by beach. Also the location is perfect with lots of food options just outside of door. The home is too good aesthetically and all the amenities are also well thought. Special thanks to Amol for arranging the doctor on short notice in medical emergency. Also the cook had cooked amazing food and also as per our request and requirement :-) All in all a very well thought and beautifully decorated villa in Nagaon. Will definitely revisit and recommend.

Aqua Arina is a beautiful and very charmimg villa in a peaceful (although the masjid in the vicinity might wake up some early in the morning) remote area (no mobile network available but very reliable Wi-Fi) with limited indoor space but a lot of outdoor sitting areas and space, which was exactly what we were looking for, in addition to the beautiful swimming pool Food and hospitality was excellent, we were very well taken care of by Sunil and his family who live on the property in a separate cottage, while respecting our privacy at the same time. Highly recommended!

By far the best place I have stayed as far as the Hospitality of this place . They literally make you feel pampered . The location too is very peaceful, serene & the views of the Sahyadri’s just make it blissful. The place is clean & well maintained , the owner & caretakers are very thoughtful & proactive . We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

The stay at MDK was absolutely one of the best decisions ever. Right from the beginning, Amit was always available to answer any questions and was super accommodating. Our caretaker at the villa -Krishna, was very humble and kind. The food, ambience, hospitality, was super. I’d recommend this place to everyone I know. Thanks so much Amit and team for making this a memorable staycation for us :)

5 stars – A Perfect Riverside Orchard Retreat! We had a truly memorable stay at this beautiful Airbnb nestled amidst lush coconut groves and mango orchards. The setting was serene, green, and absolutely refreshing—perfect for a break from the city. The riverside views, open skies, and peaceful surroundings created a postcard-perfect atmosphere throughout our stay. A special thanks to Vilas and his team for their outstanding hospitality. They made us feel right at home with freshly cooked, homely meals tailored to our preferences. Their warmth and attentiveness really elevated the experience. Whether it was plucking mangoes straight from the trees, enjoying nature walks under swaying palms, or simply soaking in the tranquil vibe—this place had it all. gem of a place . The caretaker jana Bai was very much welcoming and made us feel at home. she cooked homely meals for us which were less spicy as we were traveling with a toddler . lots of greenery around . highly recommended if you travel with family .

"Perfect Pet-Friendly Getaway!" We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this dog-friendly Airbnb! The property is beautifully maintained, with plenty of open space for our furry friend to run around and explore. The hosts were incredibly welcoming. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the outdoor area – it was serene and perfect for both morning walks and evening relaxation. Our dog loved every moment of the trip, and so did we! It's so refreshing to find a place that truly caters to pet owners without compromising on quality. Words and pictures cannot do justice to this place. The sheer positive energy and vibrations felt at this place is remarkable. Me, my wife and Rambo (my pet dog) had planned to take a halt here on the way to visit Trimbakeshwar temple for one night. We ended up staying there for 2.5 days! Sachin is a brilliant host. He had catered to all our needs. He is also the instructor and guide for the yoga, breathwork and sound healing sessions. Evenings were spent Sitting by the moonlight and enjoying the stars, breathing in the fresh air and enjoying the sounds of just nature. My dog loved it at the place. Very conducive to have your pet here. Although there is a slightly bad patch of mud road in the final access to the property, the not so easy accessibility is preferable to patrons seeking the perfect balance of peace and activity here. It’s actually not too bad, I was able to drive and reach the place in my Honda City Sedan. Highly recommended to try their longer courses ( 7 days +).

We stayed here over a monsoon weekend. Right from booking, Ankita was extremely proactive, responsive and helpful. She helped us through issues with Airbnb, ensuring we got the bnb on the dates we needed. The place is slightly remote but most cars should go through. The place is beautiful, even prettier than the photos. They have a lovely plantation ground under the house with fruit trees which were all in bloom. They have floats for the pool, bunch of indoor and outdoor games, a speaker and a TV with everything you need. We were planning on going out to explore the area but the house was beautiful enough for us to spend 3 whole days relaxing there. The food was scrumptious, cooked by their inhouse cooks based on the menu we wanted. Ankita accommodated our requirement for a cook even when the usual one was sick which we really appreciated. Ankita and her dad also came by the house to meet with us on the first day, and we had a great chat :) Overall, a great weekend at a great place.

Our stay at Deepika's calm serene Farm Stay was truly unforgettable! The moment we stepped in, we were greeted by the lush greenery and the soothing ambiance of the property with a lily pond at its centre. The rooms were immaculately clean, with plush beds and spotless washrooms that exuded a sense of hygiene, care and comfort. The kitchen was equally impressive, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The real highlight for our kids was the delightful garden, complete with sprinklers that added a playful touch to their stay. But the pièce de résistance was the charming gazebo, perfect for relaxation and taking in the picturesque surroundings. We were warmly welcomed by Deepika's furry friends, a friendly pet dog and cat, who added to the property's charm. And the home-cooked food was simply delicious. What truly made our stay exceptional was Deepika herself. She was a superb host, meticulous in every detail, and incredibly responsive to our needs. Highly recommended!

The property is absolutely stunning beautifully maintained and nestled in a peaceful location that offers a true escape. We completely fell in love with this place. Really enjoyed the scenic view,it made the stay even more special. The caretakers were exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special mention to Baldev and the sweet lady cook—they were both wonderful. The food she prepared was delicious and comforting, truly making us feel at home. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The service was top-notch, and we would highly recommend this property—easily an 11/10 experience.

Vikrant and Ana are amazing host. Their place is amazing and away from the crowd of Panchgani/Mahabaleshwar. Peaceful surroundings, you can take a walk, hike in the neighbourhood. Their farms are amazing. If you are animal lover you will love the place. Vikrant was very helpful. Due to some unforeseen issue we had to delay our check out, Vikrant was very nice to accommodate that.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff and caretaker are the nicest people and managed everything so well. The house is well-kept and very clean and is full of necessary and essential items for a stay. The food was really tasty and homely and we loved every dish we requested. A very pleasant stay and the host Revathi is nice and took care of our needs and was available when required. The house itself is nestled in a green spot and surrounded by mango, supari and coconut trees. An ideal stay and we went there for my wife's birthday celebration and she will remember this one for sure! Revathi even helped us arrange cake for the birthday and even asked the caretakers to make Ukdiche Modak as a little birthday surprise from their side. Such a thoughtful and touching gesture! Next time we plan to come with our kid and enjoy the stay again! Thank you!

Had the best time with my family. We had a very peaceful stay while eating farm fresh food and breathing clean, crisp air. The sustainability that the hosts have maintained makes you realise how simple can things be. They have very minimal yet beautiful furnitures, a cute little kitty and the boss dog, K. The hosts are so so warm, it felt just like home! The food, the hospitality, the love, it's all so natural, my mother didn't want to leave the place! All in all, best place to spend with family or to just relax!

Vitthal Sir was a wonderful host at their homestay, making the experience feel truly homely rather than just another stay. The place is surrounded by natural beauty, with plenty of trees and birds all around.
