Here, you'll find everything you could want in terms of shops, restaurants, and nightlife venues in the immediate vicinity, as well as great hiking opportunities. The apartment is located on the first floor with a free parking space in the backyard. 60 m²; living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with 150-cm double bed, hallway, entrance, bathroom with washing machine/dryer, and storage room. Baby crib available upon request. Electric vehicle charging station available for a fee of NOK 2 per kWh.

Partially newly renovated apartment in Underlia of 120 sqm, with great views and walking distance to the city. Right by great hiking trails in the woods and only 5 minutes drive to Landfalltjern (a great place to swim) and Drammen Ski Center. The bus to the city also goes 100 meters from the apartment. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with a family bed (2 + 1). On the porch you can enjoy the sun all day. There is a separate shower and toilet, where the shower is from the master bedroom and the toilet from the hallway. Parking on the street.

Well-designed, small accommodation with a location close to the city center and views of the city. It is 1.2 km (about 16 minutes) to walk from/to Jernbanen. It is a 1.7 km (about 23 min) walk to USN. Bus stop is just below the apartment. There are two bus lines that both go to Drammen Sentrum. There are several supermarkets within walking distance. The field with hiking opportunities, swimming area in the summer and ski slopes in the winter is not far away. Trains to Oslo run several times an hour and take about 40 minutes to Oslo Central Station.

Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Beautiful and representative home! Very good parking facilities for up to 4 cars just outside the door, cobblestone courtyard. From the property there are fantastic views over "all" of Drammen. The house is located in a new residential area, where it is quiet and peaceful, and without annoying through traffic. The countryside with great hiking areas is in the immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vannverksdammen, which offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 downhill slopes!

In the yard, 2 sisters live in their own houses with their families and pets. The forest is in the immediate vicinity. Please note that the property does not have a full bathroom, but a toilet room as shown in the picture. Possibility to use bath/shower and outdoor room or orangery for evening cos or breakfast on request.
