By bike you can reach the local recreation area Untreusee in just 10 minutes, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Our house is quietly located, about 2 km from the beautiful Untreusee. It is 5 km to Hof and 10 km to Rehau. We rent a self-contained apartment in the basement, consisting of a living-sleeping area of about 24 square meters, a single kitchen of about 4 square meters and a bathroom of about 3.5 square meters. The apartment is equipped with its own door opener and an intercom.
