Holiday rentals with a patio in Kontokali

This place was everything we wanted for our stay in Corfu - before booking with Dafni’s place, we tried to book a different accommodation with a balcony and got told after paying that we would be in a different studio without a balcony…. So I was a little frazzled and frustrated when I stumbled upon Dafni’s place. And let me say - the accommodation was exactly like the photos with an excellent view out of the large balcony. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would 100% recommend getting a car if you stay here as it’s not very walkable. Our hosts were extremely helpful and responsive and gave us not only beach and restaurant recommendations but also provided the car rental company we ended up using which worked great. There is also a place to park the car in front of the accommodation for free. All in all, I would definitely recommend Dafni’s place and whenever we make it back to Corfu we will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed at the end of April during Easter, when most shops were closed, so we were pleasantly surprised – the hosts made sure we had water, coffee, tea, snacks, and other essential groceries waiting for us upon arrival. We are very grateful for such thoughtfulness and the warm welcome! The apartment itself was spacious, very clean and well-organized, with everything you might need during your stay. The location is very convenient for exploring the island – it's easy to get around by car. The only downside was that the apartment was a bit chilly at that time of year, but it was not a problem since we could heat it with the air conditioner. We highly recommend this place and would gladly return ourselves!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for four nights while working remotely in Corfu after a long weekend with friends. It was perfect. The WiFi was really reliable and worked fine for video calls etc. It’s surprisingly large with two floors and two balconies with tables/chairs, a desk and large kitchen table, so plenty of workspace. Wonderful location near Mon Repos park (3 min walk to the entrance. 10minute walk to a beautiful secluded beach/swimming spot). 15min walk to a stretch of lovely coastline with great non-touristy restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay with everything you need for a vacation. It’s a nice 10-min walk from the busy center which we enjoyed and it was a relief during the very crowded Easter festivities. Totally recommend!

The apartment is very tastefully furnished. The beds are super comfortable and equipped with nice linens. Unfortunately, the balcony is a little dark because the awning can't be pulled up. I really liked the location in a real residential area. The bus to town is fast and the stop almost opposite. Also a few supermarkets that are well equipped are very close. So you can be here without a car. Thank you for letting us stay longer on the day of departure.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Saranda. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and with spectacular sea views. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and was as shown in the photos. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was our favorite place to relax and enjoy the sunset. Also, the host was very friendly and always available for any questions or recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Staying at the little house was amazing! The sunset view is great and most places in Ksamil can be reached by walking. Aldo gave us great tips and was always happy to help. I’d really recommend staying here! :)

Me and my family had an absolutely amazing stay at Spiros Villa. He and his mother were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We tried amazing corfuan dishes!

The place is just beautiful! You can tell that it was furnished with a lot of love and is still very well taken care of. It was super clean and was also cleaned very thoroughly again during our stay. The hosts are also very friendly, have always inquired about us and have been quick to reach. The view of the sea and the location on the beach sweeten the day in the morning. We were super happy and will definitely come back!!

Lovely location, house as described, it is small and simple inside with a lovely garden and direct access to the sea. A nice welcome pack and plenty of essential items like toilet rolls and bin bags provided, which was a bonus as no one wants to shop for these on holiday! We really enjoyed our stay and also George and Elena's Taverna across the road where we were given a really warm welcome and great food.

We had a wonderful time at Marina's place and felt very comfortable! The location directly on the water is simply a dream and you can hardly believe your eyes when you wake up in the morning and look directly at the sea from your bed. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need on vacation. Our highlight was the SUP boards that we were allowed to use to paddle on the water. Marina gave us great tips for the island and the surrounding area and her mother was always available as a local contact. We highly recommend the place ☺️

The apartment is situated in such a wonderful and beautiful area with an amazing view. but without a car it's hard to reach the house because it's 7-8km far away from Corfu Town. George was very helpful to describe the access to the house, he also asked me the following days if everything is alright so I felt very welcome. I would highly recommend the apartment definitely again. thanks for hosting me.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. Communication with the host was excellent – they were always available and very supportive throughout our stay. We were also warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine and water, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

Alex is a wonderful host. Always willing to help and advise. He sent us links to restaurants and places to visit in the area on the first day. He also recommended some beaches suitable for small children. The host is trying hard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I recommend it with a pure heart.

This apartment was so good. It is very convenient for the old and new town of Corfu, and for all the restaurants as well. The communication from the management company was excellent and it seemed nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

I think it was the best place we could have stayed. Nikos was extremely kind and welcoming which made our stay perfect. He gave tips on what to visit and always cared if everything was ok. The place is in great spot and Benitses is a great town to stay. You can reach everything by foot and explore the island with a car.

This is a truly beautiful place that exceeded expectations. The apartment is spacious, well-furnished, and offers a fantastic sea view right from the balcony—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a sunset drink. The building also features a lovely, well-maintained pool that was clean and never too crowded during our stay. One of the highlights was the mini beach located just in front of the building, which made it incredibly convenient to take a quick swim or relax by the water without having to go far. Overall, a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, views, and direct access to the sea.

Such a beautiful place! The view is something else, just undisturbed green valley and mountains, with a sunset to die for! Almost constant sound of cicadas during the day and owls after sunset makes this place magical. Countless butterflies, lizards and buzzard circling the valley every day make no competition for the tv series you've been watching - you're not gonna turn the TV. The studio is just the right size for a couple. Very comfy, super clean, excellent huge bed. The's everything one need for a great stay and when I say everything I mean it. And the hosts, such a lovely family. They took great care of us. Special thank you to Lidsay for explaining everything, answering all our questions, interesting conversations and delicious cake. To us all roads lead to Corfu and we'll be back at your beautiful place for sure.
