Holiday rentals with a patio in Kontokali

We had such a wonderful week in Corfu! The accommodation is so spacious and the pool is a massive plus! The late night swim was one of our favourite parts of the trip with such great scenic views including the airport runway. A car is probably recommended if you want to get around the island on your own accord, but the busses are frequent and easy to use if you don’t mind walking up/down the hills which is what we did. There are coaches to further beaches which don’t come up on google maps which A tip: save the chapel by the gates as a location on google maps to direct taxis in the evening. Effy is such a wonderful host and so accommodating, she really doesn’t need to go the extra mile as she does but it’s greatly appreciated. She insisted on picking us up and taking us to the airport, and to the bus stops too if she was around. She’s so helpful with recommendations too of where to go as we didn’t really have a plan. We’d definitely recommend staying here to friends.

It was great, just perfect. Everything was new and very clean, it is cosy. like home feeling. Dora was so friendly, very helpful and we had good and fast communication. We even met in person, which was very nice. Thank you very much, we will gladly come back 😊

Stephanos place was perfect. Close to everything very walkable. The apartment was well equipped, very roomy, great patio, Adorable, Authentic. We had a lovely stay at Leo’s place. He was really nice and accommodating – we were running late from the airport and he worked around our schedule so we could pick up the keys without any stress, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, with towels and extra bedding provided. The beds were comfy and it was nice and quiet at night, so we all slept well. The view from the apartment was absolutely incredible, especially at sunrise and sunset – I could have sat there for hours just looking out. The kitchen had the basics, but could do with a bit more equipment if you’re planning to cook more than just simple meals. That said, it wasn’t a major issue for us. The location was ideal – we were three girls and it was less than a 10-minute walk into the main part of town, which felt really convenient. We also hired a car, and having a parking space included with the apartment was really handy. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind super bequem und mit schöner Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist leider etwas dunkel weil die Markise nicht hochzuziehen ist. Mir hat die Lage in einer echten Wohngegend sehr gut gefallen. Der Bus in die Stadt ist schnell und die Haltestelle fast gegenüber. Auch ein paar Supermärkte die gut ausgestattet sind sind ganz nah. Man kann hier also gut ohne Auto sein. Danke dafür dass wir am Abreisetag länger bleiben konnten.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en este apartamento en Saranda. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la playa, restaurantes y con unas vistas espectaculares al mar. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y era tal como se mostraba en las fotos. La cama era cómoda y el balcón fue nuestro lugar favorito para relajarnos y disfrutar del atardecer. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier consulta o recomendación. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Staying at the little house was amazing! The sunset view is great and most places in Ksamil can be reached by walking. Aldo gave us great tips and was always happy to help. I’d really recommend staying here! :)

This property is a GEM. 40 mins from the airport. We were blown away with this property. Very high spec throughout, super clean, fabulous crisp linen and towels and all the white goods you could ask for!!! This property is not overlooked. Fully functioning air conditioning. Both rooms have fab modern facilties, very clean shower rooms with some personal touches. The pool area has ample sunbeds, 2 large umbrellas, remote awning for outside table area. There is a barbeque on the property. The property has a view to die for which you can never tire of. The pool is just the best, very clean and lit up at night. There was no real need to go any where else to be truthful!! The host Nataliya was a SUPER host. Answered all our questions super fast and nothing was too much bother. Thank you so much. There was a good number of very good restaurants within walking distance of the villa. All in all this villa was such a find and we were so please we chose it.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach wunderschön! Man merkt, dass mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde und sich auch jetzt noch sehr gut gekümmert wird. Es ist super sauber gewesen und wurde auch während unseres Aufenthalts noch einmal sehr gründlich geputzt. Die Gastgeberinnen sind zudem sehr freundlich, haben sich immer wieder nach uns erkundigt und sind schnell erreichbar gewesen. Der Blick auf das Meer sowie die Lage am Strand versüßen einem morgens direkt den Tag. Wir waren super happy und werden definitiv wiederkommen!!

Lovely location, house as described, it is small and simple inside with a lovely garden and direct access to the sea. A nice welcome pack and plenty of essential items like toilet rolls and bin bags provided, which was a bonus as no one wants to shop for these on holiday! We really enjoyed our stay and also George and Elena's Taverna across the road where we were given a really warm welcome and great food.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Marina und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist einfach ein Traum und man traut seinen Augen kaum, wenn man morgens aufwacht und vom Bett aus direkt auf das Meer schaut. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Unser Highlight waren die SUP-Boards, die wir nutzen durften, um auf dem Wasser zu paddeln. Marina hat uns tolle Tipps für die Insel und die nähere Umgebung gegeben und auch ihre Mutter war immer als Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen ☺️

This Airbnb is 10/10 perfect! I’d stay here every day if I could! We didn’t even mind staying at the house for some of our vacation because of how comfortable and nice the property was — and I’ve rarely said that. It’s very clean, quiet, safe, the furniture is comfortable, it has air conditioning, and has a secure gate that protects the home and made us feel incredibly safe. We never heard of saw any neighbors except at the pool. The beds are so comfortable that I’d purchase the entire bed set and take it home if I could. The pool is wonderful and luxurious. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal with your family. I couldn’t ask for more. Konstantina was so kind to leave us a bottle of wine, lunch meats, and local treats to enjoy upon our arrival. She was very responsive and was attentive to our questions and needs. She even gives a full document of local recommendations. If you come to Corfu, I would absolutely recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. Communication with the host was excellent – they were always available and very supportive throughout our stay. We were also warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine and water, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

Super host!!! Family run, Donia is incredible. Amazing communication and helps to answer any questions. I was worried sleeping on a boat might be too hot or I might get seasick. Not at all! She’s already thought of everything so I had fans going when I slept and it was perfect. Comfy beds, insanely stocked kitchen, fridge, honestly everything you need. I stayed a full week and loved it. Very relaxing and not to mention you’re staying inside of a 15th century ruin?! SO cool. They helped me to get the paddle board ready before leaving so I literally didn’t have to do anything. The yacht club is great and has wonderful food too. They took me sailing and I HIGHLY recommend adding on and doing a private sailing day with them. Wonderful food, and insane swim spots. Extremely kind and went above and beyond and I’m grateful for my stay!

Alex jest wspaniałym gospodarzem. Zawsze chętny by pomóc i doradzić. Juz pierwszego dnia wysłał nam linki do restauracji i miejsc wartych odwiedzenia w okolicy. Polecił nam też kilka plaż odpowiednich dla małych dzieci. Gospodarz bardzo się się stara by pobyt był jak najprzyjemniejszy. Z czystym sercem polecam.

Also die Unterkunft bei Katherine hat unsere Erwartung wirklich übertroffen. Alleine die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse aus war unglaublich schön. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen. Zu Fuß ist man auch binnen 10-15 Minuten bei der nächsten Bushaltestelle und kann von dort aus den blauen Bus nehmen. Jeder Zeit wieder!

This apartment was so good. It is very convenient for the old and new town of Corfu, and for all the restaurants as well. The communication from the management company was excellent and it seemed nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Die Unterkunft war innerhalb von 3 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Flughafen erreichbar. Wir waren äußerst zu Frieden, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Durch die Beschreibungen konnte man schnell und einfach einchecken. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß waren wir in der Altstadt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

I think it was the best place we could have stayed. Nikos was extremely kind and welcoming which made our stay perfect. He gave tips on what to visit and always cared if everything was ok. The place is in great spot and Benitses is a great town to stay. You can reach everything by foot and explore the island with a car.

This is a truly beautiful place that exceeded expectations. The apartment is spacious, well-furnished, and offers a fantastic sea view right from the balcony—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a sunset drink. The building also features a lovely, well-maintained pool that was clean and never too crowded during our stay. One of the highlights was the mini beach located just in front of the building, which made it incredibly convenient to take a quick swim or relax by the water without having to go far. Overall, a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, views, and direct access to the sea.

Such a beautiful place! The view is something else, just undisturbed green valley and mountains, with a sunset to die for! Almost constant sound of cicadas during the day and owls after sunset makes this place magical. Countless butterflies, lizards and buzzard circling the valley every day make no competition for the tv series you've been watching - you're not gonna turn the TV. The studio is just the right size for a couple. Very comfy, super clean, excellent huge bed. The's everything one need for a great stay and when I say everything I mean it. And the hosts, such a lovely family. They took great care of us. Special thank you to Lidsay for explaining everything, answering all our questions, interesting conversations and delicious cake. To us all roads lead to Corfu and we'll be back at your beautiful place for sure.

We have just returned from a wonderful long weekend in Corfu, the apartment was everything we expected and more, perfect host, great location and exactly as described, our only issue was we did not stay for longer. Thanks for having us and we will definitely be back.

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön am Fluss und dem Meer. Ruhige Lage und dennoch sehr zentral gelegen (wenige Fahrminuten von Saranda City). Lara ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, antwortet schnell und hat mehrmals nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist. Danke dafür!
