Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kootenay Lake

The house is supper cute and in great location, close enough to walk downtown on nice days. Plenty of parking out front.

I loved the ease of saying at Caroline's. The kitchen was well stocked, even little extras. The whole house was very clean, it felt like we were the first people to stay there! The beds were comfortable, loved the master bedroom! The livingroom was cozy, we were very comfortable sitting around the coffee table and playing games at the end of the day. (Caroline also had games to choose from, nice touch!) Loved waking up and seeing the river and the trees! Quiet neighborhood. All in all, great place to stay, would stay again!

It's an absolutely lovely home with an amazing view and beautiful natural surroundings. The house is spotless and well equipped with everything you need. The views from the large deck were such a wonderful surprise. The ferry ride back and forth from the town of Nelson was an added delight for us. All in all this home was fantastic and I would highly recommend for other travelers.

We had a great 3 night stay at Shannon's place. Shannon was very helpful and provided us with information about events and places to eat in the neighborhood. The suite had everything we needed. It was super clean, comfortable and we felt at home right away. The suite is located very close to the hub of Nelson. I would definitely recommend Sahnnons suite and i will stay here again the next time i am in Nelson. Thanks Shannon for a great stay. Anne

Hands down the best air bnb we’ve stayed at! Incredible views, quick drive into town although we decided against going into town much because it was too nice to stay in! Very clean, comfortable beds and everything you need! Would like to return at some point!

This accommodation is wonderful. Lavonne has made a great effort to provide everything -and I mean everything - a guest could require. It's a spacious apt with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable seating, a lovely back patio area facing a peaceful garden in a quiet location. It's 5 minutes or less by car to downtown Nelson passing right by the takeout window at Epiphany Cakes, a must stop. One of the best AirBNB's we have ever stayed in.

Brent and Rose (and their pups, Amber & Coco) are fabulous hosts! It’s a beautiful location, they are friendly and proactive communicators, and it’s a perfect space. We’ll definitely be back!

Maria’s Kokanee suite was wonderful! The neighbourhood was quiet, location was convenient for walking to most places. It’s a bit tricky to find so be sure to follow her directions exactly. Maria responded quickly to any questions we had. She provided a helpful guide to the suite and the area. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials and there were even bath salts for use in the gorgeous tub. Because the suite is in the attic space of an older home, the ceilings are sloped at the sides. It did get quite warm but there are fans and an air conditioner. We would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay at Hummingbird! The suite was beautifully designed and decorated. Everything was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the open and spacious kitchen area and the patio. Being right at the resort, it was so nice to be able to get to the lifts in the morning without worrying about parking and to be able to come back for lunch. Would 100% stay again!

We had a great time in Nelson! The apartment was in the greatest location, right next to a great restaurant and the famous Oso coffee shop. We locked ourselves out on the last night and our hosts got us back into the apartment within ten minutes. So helpful and responsive!

This place is a dream. Just stunning. Pictures don’t do the view justice. We sat and watched hummingbirds on the deck at sunset, and woke up to the incredible sunrise in the morning from bed. The rental was very well equipped with nice pots, pans, cutting boards, etc. appreciated the nice coffee and French press machine.

We had a great time staying in Nelson and at Patrick's place. Check-in was very smooth and Patrick let us check in early. He was very helpful in assisting me with some repairs to my cycling equipment. He and Sara were very welcoming to us. It is walkable to get downtown and all the restaurants and coffee shops, but a bit of a hill climb to get back to the Airbnb.

Very spacious, beautiful ski in-ski out condo! We stayed for 6 nights with our family and friends (including young children) over the Christmas break and had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious with two large bedrooms. There was lots of seating and a well equipped kitchen. The condo was a quick 5 min walk to the ski hill and was manageable with our 8, 5, and 3 year old kiddos. There is a large ski locker on the main floor for gear. The only tricky thing was there is only one assigned parking spot and we had two vehicles. We were very lucky to get an available visitor spot for our other vehicle each day (there are about 4 in the parkade). Wonderful spot with amazing skiing and we would love to come back!

The condo at Red Mountain was spacious and perfectly located, just a short walk to the ski lifts, making it an ideal spot for a winter getaway. It was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of amenities to make our stay comfortable. Bridget was great! She provided clear instructions and was very responsive when we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
