My place is suitable for couples, two or three friends, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families (with 1 child), as there is a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment is located in the very heart of the old city centre of Koper, 3 minutes on foot from the open market (a large parking place for 25€/week) and 4 minutes from the public beach. All main attractions are nearby, so is the public transport. You’ll love my place because of its central location in a quiet area.

This romantic open space apartment is located in Koper Old Town. It finds its beauty in authenticity not in luxury or perfection. Although completely renovated in 2024 its characteristic elements were preserved. Guests can walk on century old local stone floor, marvel at the wooden ceiling beams or store their clothes in an antique wardrobe. All relevant Koper attractions like the closed market, the beach, the main square, the Pretorian palace and a Cathedral are within walking distance.

As soon as you leave the apartment, a few steps and you are in the middle of happening in no time, with restaurants, bars and shops just around the corner, while still having quiet time in the apartment. Our house is a perfect choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life. The accommodation is part of the family tourist farm "Pod staro figo/Under the Old Fig Tree". It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

Studio with garden near the sea

The studio is situated in a calm neighbourhood. It has its own entrance and a nice garden with a view on the sea. In front of the house on the left is your free parking lot. There are small markets in the vicinity. Once here, you will get bed sheets and towels. There is tourist tax (2,5 Eur per person/day) to be payed.
