Our grandparents and great-grandparents lived in it... including grandmother Carla (nona Carla), after whom the villa was named. My place is suitable for couples, two or three friends, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families (with 1 child), as there is a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment is located in the very heart of the old city centre of Koper, 3 minutes on foot from the open market (a large parking place for 25€/week) and 4 minutes from the public beach. All main attractions are nearby, so is the public transport. You’ll love my place because of its central location in a quiet area.

The apartment is located in the old town center just 100m from the Titov trg (main square), supermarket, farmacy and bakery. The beach is a few steps away. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a holiday or business trips. If you have bikes, we can provide safe storage. You can park in front of the building for a short time to take your luggage out, then please move it to a parking lot nearby. There are many public parking places in the area, they are chargeable.

It is in the quiet residential area with spacious living room and kitchen, large terrace and three separate bedrooms. Guests can use the shared BBQ and ping-pong table. You will stay around 5 minutes walk to the sea and 10 minutes walk to city center. The nearest beach is around 8 min walk (Defin beach).

The studio is situated in a calm neighbourhood. It has its own entrance and a nice garden with a view on the sea. In front of the house on the left is your free parking lot. There are small markets in the vicinity. Once here, you will get bed sheets and towels. There is tourist tax (2,5 Eur per person/day) to be payed.

My place is close to the beach (5 min walk) and Acquapark, 20min walk to the city center, public transport, family-friendly activities, nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
