Enjoy your vacation in the Sauerland in our lovingly furnished vacation home overlooking Lake Diemelsee, which is only 150 meters away!! The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

Just 100 meters from the beautiful Diemelsee is our great vacation home in a beautiful secluded location. The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

Forester's lodge on the Malberg estate

Holidays in the heart of Germany! Tucked away in the hilly low mountain range landscape of northern Hesse and surrounded by orchards, lies the historic Malberg manor house with its extensive history dating back to 1253. The reinvention of the old forester's lodge from 1964 was completed at the end of 2022. We have furnished the rooms as we would like to spend our holidays ourselves and have lovingly taken care of many details so that you will feel very comfortable with us.

The house on the outskirts invites you to a quiet and relaxing holiday. Directly at the (100 m) house is the Edersee cycling path. The Waldecker Land offers many hiking and cycling trails. We are located between Edersee, Diemelsee and Twistesee, they can be reached by car in 25 minutes. They invite you to sail, dive, water ski or just swim. There is also much to discover in Kellerwald National Park. The towns of Willingen and Winterberg are about 35 minutes away.

The vacation home has a large garden directly on the stream and is very suitable for families and friends with children. You can enjoy the tranquility and beautiful surroundings during your stay. Quietly located on a side street in Landau, the house can accommodate up to 8 people – perfect for families, groups of friends, or bikers on tour (parking for 2–3 motorcycles in a garage). The Linne Cottage is fenced, so that your four-legged friend has a little more space to run around. The house is heated with a pellet stove. Parking spaces are in front of the door... A room is located on an open gallery, above the living room. Here it is simply cozy... with lots of wood and attention to detail...

The accommodation extends over two floors: Upper floor: Here you will find a spacious living area of approx. 90 sqm, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom in Finnish log cabin style, a bathroom with shower, and an additional guest WC. Lower level: This is separate and accessible via an external staircase. Here you will find another bedroom, a shower, a guest WC, and a pool, which is currently not functional.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
