Our guest apartments are part of the Florentine residential complex Gera. This is close to the center and conveniently located. The city center and highway A4 are only 5 minutes away by car. By tram (stop right outside the door) you need approx. 10 minutes to the city center. Our guest apartments are newly renovated and furnished. The residential complex and all guest apartments are accessible. There are four elevators available. Special feature: All bathrooms have anti-slip tiles.

Dear guests, welcome to our home! Our house is located in the most beautiful square in a very beautiful place. We offer two accommodations and also live and work here. Right by our house is the Renaissance castle Ponitz with a park, the church with a famous organ and the village pond. We are easily accessible via the A4 or by S-Bahn. Everything you would need to buy, such as groceries or gasoline, is available in Meerane, so just around the corner. We also have a parking space.

Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic house from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & was very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay colors. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another hand-painted approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered.

The balcony overlooking the countryside invites you to unwind. Smokers are welcome... but please only on the balcony ;-.

The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

This AirBnB was newly renovated and has a modern look. It is near the center of the city in a quiet street. You have access to the public transport via tram, just around the corner. The train station is a few minute walk away. You can find restaurant and malls nearby. If you arrive by car, there are parking spots in the whole area.
