Holiday rentals with beach access in Kos

Lovely peaceful and clean house with an increadiable sea view. The mini pool was our teen daughter’s favorite, she enjoyed a lot. We really loved and enjoyed the house. We went the island by our car so it was very easy to reach the house and discover all the beaches of the island. Otherwise it can be a bit difficult to walk the house on the top ıf you’re a bit lazy on holidays like us. But there is always solutions like taxis, rented cars and motorbikes.

Louise is a great host. She is very kind and helpful. She gave us great tips. She helped us with the transfer. We could get kid-seat for our daughter. Thank you so much for everything Louise. Hope to see you in our next visit to Kos.

A pleasure to deal with. Eager to help including fitting a mattress topper as we found bed fairly firm ( personal taste!) Allowed us to stay on until we left for our late flight. A gentleman who always responded very quickly. Highly recommend.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. Perched atop the headland, you have 360 degree views of the beach and mountains. It’s the sort of place I stare up at from the ground and always thought how lucky those people must be to stay there. Here’s your opportunity! Charitomeni was also incredibly kind and accommodating. If you’re on the fence, book it!

This was by far the most luxurious and modern Airbnb we have experienced. Maria was gracious, friendly, and attentive. The unit was exceptionally clean and well kept. A few maintenance items were noted. The beds were firm but comfy. The private spa was a wonderful bonus. Our family members stayed nearby in hotels but were envious of our choice. Whoever designed it thought of everything. I will dream about our stay for years to come.

Very nice and beautiful accommodation, small but very nice with wonderful and soothing views of the sea, the boats and Kalymnos. Sun on the balcony from morning until about 4:30 pm now in October. Change of towels often. Breakfast with bread, butter, yoghurt, marmalade, cheese, ham, juice and banana was in the fridge every day. Very kind and friendly hosts. We would love to return, both to nice Aphrodite and to little Telendos with its cozy restaurants.

The accommodation offered by Kalliopi is absolutely superb. Facing the sea, with a beautiful large terrace with a magnificent view of Telendos. The accommodation is very well located, right next to a small market. Kalliopi was lovely with us both when we arrived and when we left. There are delicious restaurants nearby, beautiful beaches, hiking and of course beautiful climbing areas. Listing is as described. We were lucky to have the company of two absolutely adorable cats (a small white and a red) during the stay to which we became strongly attached, I hope you will have the opportunity to meet them as well. My daughter stayed in the apartment with a friend and they were so blessed. They loved the location, the apartment itself the closeness to the sea. They also felt very safe and taken excellent care of. Everything was perfectly organized. Highly recommended toady future guests. A true 5 star accommodation and super host. Thanks so much!

Perfect house, perfect host, perfect location. Great experience. It felt like a luxury hotel suite experience in each of the different areas created in its own home, peace, huge garden. The host made the start and last best for us with an excellent warm welcome and incredibly flexible time when we left. Not only the house but also the surrounding factors are in incredible harmony and beauty. Maybe the school right next door might bother you if you're going on a weekend vacation but there was an invisible sound wall for me. The house's own magic is enough to suppress all this sound. Not a sound you'll have a problem with. If I had a 2nd vacation plan in Kos, I would still prefer the same house.

The apartment was more than we could have expected! Beautiful beach side location with a clean, modern and comfortable interior. Everything you could need was provided. Dionysia was at hand to answer questions and give recommendations. We had an amazing time and would recommend it to anyone. We hired a car but it would be easy enough to get around. 5 stars

The property is superbly equipped and offers a breathtaking view of the small port of Kamari. Giannis was easily accessible at all times, responded quickly and sent us all the important information three days before arrival. One small point that surprised us a little: One of the main reasons we booked this place was the impression in the photos that it is completely alone on the hill. In fact, however, another apartment is attached right next to it (at the same height). This allows you to see and hear each other well when you sit on the balcony, as the distance is quite small. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Eirini cares alot about her house as well as her guests. The house is very beautiful and clean, the photos don't lie! We had some problems during our stay and the help we recieved couldn't have been any better. We recommend!

This two bedroom, ground floor apartment is ideally located on a quiet, residential street, a short five to ten minute walk from the many shops and restaurants at the main Port. The area is safe with a green grocer, small supermarket, bakery and butcher, a block away. The off-street parking is a plus if you have a car. The modestly furnished apartment has a backyard that is shared with the building next store but can provide refuge from the hustle and bustle of the tourist season. A adequately outfitted kitchen makes meal prep possible. Check-in, check-out was flawless. The host was available to answer any questions that we had. Definitely a good place to stay if you want to be near the Port of Kos, yet desire a more serene environment.

This is the second time our family has stayed at Eleonora’s place. We love the location, which is in the central part of Massouri with easy access to the shops and restaurants but elevated enough from the main street that it is quiet and peaceful. The layout of the home is nice, with plenty of room in the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. The beds are firm, which is pretty standard in Kalymnos. The outside veranda is spacious, wonderful to drink your coffee and eat meals. The views of the sea are lovely. We hope to stay here again in the future.

The accommodation was exactly as described and as in the photos - everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is really great: it's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are bakeries and small supermarkets nearby. Particularly practical for families: there is a kind of playground directly opposite the accommodation, so the children could play right outside the door and within sight. Host Michael was super polite, very accommodating and always helpful. You feel like you are in good hands. I can really recommend this great accommodation to everyone!

After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept wonderfully there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals. Gregory is really a super host as he really went the extra mile for our stay and we really appreciate this, as it helped us a lot in our plans. I would start with the mention that we had to do remote work and the internet connection is good, both wifi and cable. Gregory even went ahead and got us an internet cable to make sure that we could have the best possible connection. The checkin and checkout is really easy and intuitive and the instructions together with the really good recommendations are really helpful. The apartment is modern, fully equipped as we did not miss a single thing. Really really clean, worthy of its name "White Box". It is in walkable distance to everything in Kos town and the area is really nice and quiet. Over the street you have a really good coffe shop with the best coffee we had in Greece ever (Royal Cafe). In conclusion I would definitely stay here again when coming to Kos.

What a wonderful apartment and so nicely decorated! The apartment is just outside the city center, so it is in a quiet location, but you are close to the supermarket (3-minute walk), restaurants (1-minute walk) and the beach (2-minute walk). Our host had some basic groceries ready for us, which was very nice because of our late arrival. The apartment has screens everywhere, so no insects in the house. In addition to a washing machine and drying rack, there is also a dishwasher and air conditioning (which can be operated per room). The beds are nice and in the afternoon you can sit in the shade in front of the house. Ioannis is a very good host, who responds quickly and comes to the rescue if necessary. If you go to Kos, choose this apartment!

This place exceeded our expectations. The apartment had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, it was clean & the kitchen was well stocked. The location - next to beach with incredible views of the sea & Telendos Island. Had stairs next to it that went right down to the sand. Everything is walking distance - restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops, climbing supplies, scooter rentals. Vasilia, the host, is extremely helpful & responsive.

We had a great stay at the beautiful apartment. Our 2 kids enjoyed the space and the beach and everything else we need being so close. The view is definitely amazing and you really hear nothing but the waves. Can only recommend to stay here!
