An ideal retreat for families who want to enjoy peace, nature and sea air. The apartment can optimally accommodate 4 people; there is also a guest bed and a travel cot. The direct access to the garden and the sunny terrace invite you to linger – a highlight, especially in the summer.

Ideal for families, multi-generational vacations or friends' vacations: Please request high chairs for children or travel cots before arrival - we will then provide them. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets and kilometers of very fine sandy beaches are what this place has to offer anyway. Usedom has the most hours of sunshine in all of Germany. On the elevated dikes, bike tours are a relaxing holiday activity for young and old. Tourist tax is payable separately and amounts to €3.70 p.p./n.

The apartment is located in a well-maintained old building from the time of the imperial baths and impresses with its special charm. Since we have children ourselves and the weather on the Baltic Sea can sometimes be rainy, we have equipped our apartment with various board games, children's books and toys, as well as a small vacation library for parents.

The holiday apartment Meereskind Usedom in Kölpinsee is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 67 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Vacation bungalow on Usedom

The winter-proof bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. The cabinet bed is a small double bed with dimensions of 1.40 m x 2.00 m. Breakfast is NOT included. The neighborhood is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for infants as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
